We found this place while passing through town and it had lots of food options, so we tried it. We are so glad we did because it was so good! We started with the beer battered cheese sticks and that came with Heinz marinara sauce. We enjoyed Every bite! MMM My husband ordered the pork sandwich and really liked it. I ordered the special for day which was catfish, homemade french fries, jalapeno hushpuppies, and coleslaw. The fish was not fishy and was cooked perfectly. Hushpuppies were a little spicy, coleslaw was very tasty and fresh. The french fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I love homemade frech fries. They ran out of banana pudding, or I would have ordered some to go. Service was nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had booths and tables. Yesterday was the first time that I entered this establishment! My neighbor was with me for this outing, so we were wading in to unfamiliar territory. Our waitress was prompt to approach our table and asked for our drink order. Within 10 minutes she was back with our drinks and took our food orders. We both ordered the "Low Rider" along with the seasoned fries. The burgers were not overdone but medium well and tender. The buns were a sort of ciabatta type and were fresh. The fries were hot and tender with just enough seasoning but without an over abundance. With regards to the "cons" of this critique there could have been more condiments on the table as my neighbor was looking for salt and pepper shakers. Also when we entered through the front doors the wait staff was congregated near the entrance which gave the appearance/impression that the staff didn't have enough to do at that time. Also there was some confusion on our part in that we were unsure as to whether or not we should give our credit/debit cards to the waitress or pay at the front counter. However, the meal was tasty and the wait staff was friendly and concerned enough about their service to ask us how they "measured up!" All in all a pleasant experience! The old fashioned hamburger diner (picture Happy Days) atmosphere. My wife and I both got hamburgers. They offer the option of a half burger, which my wife chose. You get to choose your bread type, spread, additions, etc. They also offer a few seafood options. Our hamburgers were excellent. The tater tots were undercooked and mushy. We got there in mid-afternoon, so we avoided the lunch rush. Service was slow. We had to ask for drink refills. We would go back again. I'd like to check out the catfish. read more

The food is good particularly the catfish, the appetizer menu is very good. We have great food and good service. The building is humid and somewhat stuffy is the only thing I don't like but you can always get your food to go. read more

Food wasn't that good. I ordered fish and shrimp.... they provided no tartar sauce, no ketchup and gave me an opened package that contained the plastic utensils with the spoon missing. There are much better places to dine. read more

They messed my daughters order up, I ordered her the hamburger meal with French fries and purposely didn't put the fries with the burger and I asked for no onions on her burger and they went ahead and put it on her burger!!! I don't recommend going here because they are racist there team members aren't diverse and this is the second time they messed up my daughters order and when I asked to speak to the manager Kim she asked me what she wants me to do about it which is poor customer service because you should correct the order not ask the customer what I want you to do about it, I want y'all to correct the order or give me my money back!!! And Kim blamed it on the girl working the drive thru and it wasn't her fault because I came inside! I will never go back to there soggy disgusting burgers oh and I use to work for them when they was the dugout and they are not sanitary they will straight up touch your food with no gloves on or no hair nets to keep there hair back!! So they owe me some French fries or some money!!!
