The restaurant is on the second floor of the property but also provides the food that you order at the pool bar. From their brunch to dinner menu, the food was absolutely amazing! SOLID 5 STARS! My niece, Laura, and her partner, Rich, are visiting from Chicago. She wanted a restaurant with outdoor seating, a view of the water, an excellent wine list, fine dining selections, AND open on a Monday night. I cried for Help from Yelp. 82 Degrees nailed all 5 criteria. At 6:15pm We were able to make an on-line reservation for three people for 6:30pm. Be careful to only park in spots designated for the restaurant or you will be towed. You can't miss the parking signs because they are plastered on every parking spot. We arrived and were immediately shown to a choice rooftop table just in time to enjoy a fine view of the sunset on the Gulf. After the sun set the bartender asked the diners at the dozen or so tables if they wanted the huge glass windows closed, and since it was starting to get chilly everyone agreed. My niece is very knowledgeable about wine, so she took charge of the wine list. After discussing the (Admittedly small, but well selected) list with the sommelier Laura chose the Iron + Sand Cabernet Sauvignon, a well-regarded, bold red wine from Paso Robles, California (4.8 Stars rating, I looked it up). She must have liked it, because she drank two glasses. Later on, she ordered a Pinot Grigio to go with her entree but I've forgotten the name. She also chose specialty drinks for Rich and I that were tasty and had a nice kick to them, but I don't remember their names either. I would have taken a picture of the drinks menu but my niece wouldn't let go of the list! (Which also meant we couldn't see the prices either, but like the saying goes: If you have to ask, you can't afford it!) It took us a while to study the menu. Just like the wine list, the menu has limited selections but offers excellent choices. It was hard to make a decision! We started off sharing Crab Cakes ($18) and Lobster Bruschetta ($21) appetizers, and we also shared an order of the Lobster Bisque ($15). All three of us agreed that the appetizers were yummy, but the Lobster Bisque was worth the trip all by itself! For my entree I ordered the Wild Caught Snapper with mango pineapple salsa and broccolini ($36) and Truffle Fries ($9). Rich went with the Grouper BLT ($26) and Laura chose the Parmesan Cream Pasta ($26) (Which was why she needed a white wine to go with her entree). Portions did not appear to be large, yet none of us were able to finish our entrees, leaving plenty for Rich and Laura to take home in biodegradable containers for a midnight snack. I'm sorry I wasn't quick enough to get pictures of the entrees. Rich and Laura are not used to snapping pics before digging in, but I can tell you they were all well presented. Even though we were all full, we couldn't resist sharing a slice of: SALTED CARAMEL BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!! ($12). Just the name tells you everything you need to know. While Rich and I were dueling with our forks, Laura swooped in and ate most of the dessert, which is totally unfair but is a legitimate female perk so there was nothing we could do. Next time we'll order more than one slice! Our perky waitress was extremely busy serving everyone but managed to keep the entire restaurant happy with her service. I don't think I saw her standing still for more than a couple seconds. Didn't get her name, either, but I'm sure the excellent tip told her we were pleased. read more

We were staying at the Saint Hotel and decided to have dinner at this restaurant on the property. It was a good choice. We did not have a reservation but were lucky enough to get a table at 7 pm. It is a very lively place and was completely full. The menu offers about ten appetizers, a few salads, a few sandwiches, six entrees and sushi. We started with the fish dip with small pita pieces. It was a tasty appetizer. For my entree I had the grouper. It was delicious. It came with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Everything was very tasty. My husband had the snapper entree. It came with rice and broccolini. He also enjoyed his meal. Service was fairly quick. read more

Had the snapper. It was terrible. Extremely over salted! Supposed to come with mango salsa. I immediately told waiter that it wasn't on the plate. He said he'll go to the kitchen and get it but it will take 5 minutes. It did take 5 minutes. The vegetables were skimpy and soggy. Our waiter was good and apologized for the salsa mix up. Offered us a free dessert which was cheesecake and that was very good. This used to be a favorite restaurant of ours but we can't recommend to anyone anymore. read more

82 Degrees it certainly worth a visit if you're in the area, especially if you're staying at the Saint hotel. We were staying at the hotel, and we're encouraged to visit the restaurant. They do have a standard menu, and on the night of our visit they had a sushi chef as well. It does seem that the menu may change on occasion. The location is wonderful, especially for those who may want to watch the sunset from the second story restaurant. The views overall are expansive. I had the snapper and finished every bite. If you do visit, I would highly encourage reservations since the restaurant does get quite busy. Parking is free. For those who may be iced tea drinkers as my wife and I are, note that they do not have iced tea at this restaurant - I did find that a bit odd. I have been wanting to check out this place for a while, so I finally did after a beach day yesterday. It's located conveniently near Upham Beach. We were able to walk there which was nice. They have a strong happy hour from 3-5 PM. It is half off their starters and half off all of their cocktails. I'm not sure I would pay full price ever at this place, because $18-$20 for a cocktail at a dive bar-ish place seems a bit absurd. But, I enjoyed the happy hour. The servers were nice and friendly. For my dish, I got the chicken quesadillas. They were a bit greasy, but I guess that is to be expected. Overall, I would come for a HH if I was in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here when it's not HH. read more

Business is definitely back to normal at 82 Degrees! We returned for a spur-of-the-moment dinner & we were lucky to get a table without a reservation. It was a lovely evening outside where we were seated, a perfect distance from the live entertainment, which created the perfect ambiance. Despite being crazy busy, our server, Crumpton, was personable and efficient, and we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him. I have tried and tried to give this place my business since it's a beautiful venue with a beautiful view and they have great wine that they serve in glasses (hard to find on the beach)!! It's a sad sad day. They have permanently taken the pork belly off of their menu...this was THE BEST pork belly I'd ever tasted. What's almost as bad is that after calling ahead to ask if they were still serving food on the Sunday evening after 9pm of Memorial Day weekend...once we arrived, we were told they were basically out of everything. Very cute spot close to the beach! Nice views all around and a nice parking lot, so you don't have to worry about finding street parking. Went here for brunch on a Saturday. Some of my group did the bottomless mimosas, but I did not. Our server was very attentive with their drinks! I ordered the breakfast sandwich and the SPF-82 drink. The sandwich does come with a side, I chose the homefries and am so glad I did! These homefries were some of the best I have ever had, so crispy and well-seasoned. The sandwich was meh. Amazing date night at 82 Degrees last night! Our Uber was late and we ended up being 10 minutes late for our reservation (we called to let them know) and they were so kind to hold our spot. When we got there they apologized we had to wait a few minutes for our table (even though it was our fault) and the assistant manager gave us a free round which I thought was so kind! We were seated upstairs with a beautiful view of the Gulf and live music wafting up from the downstairs patio. The place itself is so perfect for the beach with such a romantic and laid back vibe. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and my hubby had the Some Peach. His drink was made by a twining bartender and the guy did a great job it got even better as the ice melted. Perfect blend of peach and gin. The chef came out to speak with me about my shellfish allergy and was so accommodating about what he could make for me safely. Our food was delicious and fresh! I had pan seared grouper and a caprese salad and it was the best I've had since we moved down here. Definitely going to be one of our favorite spots, can't wait to try brunch! read more

This is quite the restaurant with a view, despite not being right on the beach. Yes, there is a condo between you and the sunset, but you can still see most of it, and the food is actually good. Most beach sunset places have horribly overpriced food, but this one stands out. We had the lobster bruschetta and Grouper BLT along with a margarita and draft beer. Lobster bruschetta was ok- the toast was overcooked and hard to eat, and not a lot of lobster flavor. The grouper BLT is the star of the show here - grouper was cooked perfectly, accompanied by thick slices of bacon, nice tomato and some lettuce. Highly recommend this dish. Came at 4 pm on a Saturday. We sat foreverrrr waiting into be seen by a waiter or waitress. Waited for water, to be able to order , for our food to arrive and the check to come. In the middle of the waiting there was someone getting arrested and that is when we saw the staff. Everyone there had their phones out watching the incident. It was disheartening. This is an interesting place. It has a private dirt lot for parking. Mid-week, we pulled up but were told we needed a reservation. While we searched online for something else, they offered their outside bar area to dine at. So we took them up on the offer. We all started with drinks...since we were sitting at the bar. For dinner, I tried the Grouper BLT sandwich. It was OK...but I'd definitely try some else should I ever eat here again. It is a little pricey here but then again, it's in a touristy area. The staff were really cool and would easily engage in conversation with you if it wasn't impacting their service to their other customers. I've been here a few times and honestly the food is consistently amazing. The must tries definitely include the "Southern Pork Belly" appetizer. I don't even like pork very much and this is always a hit. I would drive all the way to St Pete just for this dish. It's plenty of food, you could easily order it as a meal if you wanted. The Brussels Sprouts HAVE to be ordered. They are the best I've found in the Tampa Bay Area and have apples in them. 82 degrees sets the bar high with these. The lobster bruschetta was nothing like I expected and also so delightful. We had the squid ink scallops - definitely heavy on the garlic but neither of us were mad about that! The creole grouper wasn't very photogenic but it had some intense flavor. It was rich but the jalepeno cornbread threw a great twist of heat into it. Our server was adorable, pleasant , and doubled down on a couple recommendations to help us make choices for food/beverages. This will be a go-to spot for me to bring company to for some great food and amazing atmosphere. read more

Was a bit disappointed that my server didn't mention bottomless mimosas option oh well/ However we had some tasty bloody Mary's instead, and I did check in for a free Mimosa with yelp. I inquired about a day pass for the pool which at the time was $80 discount $50 because we were dining. Just not in my budget that day. Molly is the best bartender excellent service. My friends and I got bottomless mimosas/bellinis. They have a great selection of juices to choose from. My favorites were the strawberry and blueberry. They also had traditional OJ, guava,peach, and cranberry. My friend loved the peach bellinis. I ordered the crab cake Benedict. It came with grits and bacon. The bacon was excellent. I wish they had other options for Benedict. It didn't have traditional hollandaise, but instead a creamy shrimp sauce. We were looking for a nicer place to have brunch on the beach and found this place by searching Yelp reviews, so figured I should share a review of my own. Fiat of all, the food is good but not amazing. However, I only had the French Onion Soup and a Caesar Salad (not pictured) as I wasn't super hungry. My husband had the Smash Burger, which he said was good, but not technically a smash burger. A friend of ours had the Crab Cake Benedict, which she enjoyed, but couldn't finish, so my husband helped and said that it was tasty. My Bloody Mary was fantastic! The place is near the beach, but you don't really have views of the beach. However, it was a beautiful day, and it was nice to sit in the open air and enjoy a meal. So much parking and across the road is parking right on the water. It's also very close to the beach for a before dinner stroll. It is expensive but priced for the quality. Everything we had here was amazing Except the side of potatoes. It was good but just tasted like red potatoes, it was almost there so keep trying. They also were out of basil or mint never totally got it confirmed so I couldn't order either of the drinks I wanted. The server suggested one and it was right on the nose with the flavor profile I like. I would recommend everyone get the ravioli because it was crispy on top adding a great crunch and flavor but the sauce was to die for and literally everything went with it. Came on a Sunday at 11:30. Loved this place! My food was delicious, I had the breakfast quesadilla with bacon and sausage per our bartender Carly's recommendation. We have been coming to this restaurant for many years as we live close by. We ate here last evening and food was simply disgusting. Menu change (again), no smoked chicken, no steak flat bread, none of our favorites. Got a burger and sweet potato fries. Burger was over cooked, roll was old and soggy, fries were soggy. Salads overdressed even though dressing should have been on the side. The dressing was gross. We use to love this place and eat here at least once a week. The only reason I dined here was that an out-of-town friend wanted to have dinner with an ocean view. There is no ocean view. Unless you go across the street around a building that blocks the view. The Sunday Brunch is extremely limited to a few salads, a few entrees, a few sandwiches. All at Tourist Prices. As I didn't want to be there in the first place spending money on food I didn't want, i chose the Lobster Bisque for $10. It is served as a cup portion in an oversized bowl. When I finally was served, the bowl was practically thrown on the table. I don't think the food runner wanted to be there either. Before our group left, I checked into Yelp. I earned a free mimosa! Letting my waitress know this, she said, "It's only good Monday thru Friday." I replied, "I live in Tampa and work during the week. I can't return then." She said she would ask management.
