Dined here last night with a large group for an engagement dinner and the food was amazing. The potatoes Malio were flavorful and the crab on the top was delicious. I really enjoyed the brussels sprouts as well, but the mushrooms felt a bit underseasoned. My entree, Pasta di Mare, was really good, but I think it could've benefited from Parmesan on the top. The mussels and clams in the pasta were so good. I could've eaten a bowl of those by itself. Our servers were Corey & Mia and they were very knowledgeable about the menu and patient with us. Plan on visiting again soon. Prior to visiting, I noticed that there were not many pictures of the menu posted so sharing is caring.

I was blown away by this incredible new addition to the St. Pete Beach area . WOW WOW WOW! I don't have one bad thing to say about this amazing place. The food and service was exquisite -- and this place was such a MOOD ‼ The black and wood tones really gave this place a romantic and cozy experience. I highly encourage you to visit this spot if you're ever in Clearwater and St. Pete!

Best filet in Florida, cooked perfectly (med-rare) and the best pork chop ever (I had a bite of my hubby's). We had the mushrooms & broccolini as sides. Great flavors, all perfectly cooked. Service outstanding, very professional server top quality. Beautiful decor, elegant. Loved dressing up to come here vs off the beach casual. A welcomed addition to the beach.

Delicious steak, sides and drinks. Ambience is coastal sexy and service is impeccable. Can't wait to come back

We went back the other night because we love the steaks and they seem to always have weekly specials. The pear salad with goat cheese was delicious! We also tried the escargot appetizer and ate way too much of the complementary Hot bread that they bring to the table, it has a really nice crunchy garlic topping it's hard not to eat too much. This time we passed on the dessert because we were too full but we will be back! You can make reservations on line , super easy..

Food and service was exceptional, bring your appetite and a no limit credit card! It's hard to imagine this was once a Village Inn!

My salad DID NOT look anything like this. ZERO PEARS and barely any beets

he atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. Very romantic and felt high class and we were very hopeful. I ordered a cosmopolitan. It was very nice. 1/2 dozen oysters were delicious and my husband had the ahi tuna, both were good. Hubby got the french onion soup and he really like it alot. Then it went downhill. They had a featured salad which was described by our waitress, Charlie, as having arugula, pears, beets and cheese. It sounded great. When it arrived there literally was not a single pear and only two small cubes of beets. It didn't look ANYTHING like the photo from their website I included. I sent it back. I saw the waitress bring it to the manager and I expected he might pay us a visit to apologize, but nope. Nothing. For dinner I ordered the special which was a red snapper over a pea risotto, my husband ordered the Pasta di Mare. My snapper was good but the risotto was pasty. The Pasta di Mare was so surprisingly bland. It looked nice, but it was void of any flavor.. The waitress saw my husband shaking pepper and offered to get him some red pepper and then said, "yeah, lots of people as for red pepper". If that is happening regularly, the Chef should absolutely make an adjustment. We were offered dessert and asked for a few minutes to settle. Well, it took quite a long time for the waitress to come back. I ordered an espresso martini and we ordered Fresh Berries Malio. The dessert was very good but the martini was horrible bitter. The waitress was nowhere to be seen to send it back and I didn't want to wait longer so I started adding the vanilla ice cream from the dessert to my martini and wound up making it an Affogato. Overall the experience was very disappointing.

I can't wait to go back to Malio's! Service was impeccable, the cocktails were fantastic and the food, omg the food was outstanding!! The seafood platter was phenomenal, the oysters came with caviar and the jumbo shrimp were so huge, almost like lobster tails and so sweet and succulent. The blackened grouper was cooked perfectly and seasoned well and the jalapeno cream corn was a great side dish. If you're a brownie fan, their chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream was heavenly. Highly recommend for a nice date night or if you enjoy fine dining.

I have absolutely no words. We're from New England and our standard of service and food is pretty high. Experiences down in Florida (even in the south, really), have been sub par. We randomly scored a reservation here last minute (probably a cancellation) and I could not be happier with everything about our meal. We were sat promptly, and our server Cory immediately greeted us. We were given water instantly and then time to browse. We were told the specials and the menu was explained in detail since this was our first time. His recommendations were spot on and we ordered most of them. The bread to start was incredible. Best bread ever, seriously. We had a beer & the Blueberry Gin drink for this course. You can tell all their ingredients are fresh. Next, we had the scallops app. Wow. Flavor explosion in your mouth. My husband's beers never went empty, and waters never got less than half full. This is also when the manager stopped by to check on us and shake our hands. I inquired about a glass of wine for my steak and I was instantly brought a wine menu, as well as a recommendation from Cory based on my cut of meat. Of course I ordered it, and of course it was incredible. Perfect pairing. My husband got the Ribeye, and I got the New York Strip both Pittsburg style. I literally have no words, that's how perfectly they were cooked. We also got the Potatoes Malio and Jalapeño creamed corn. I will definitely be dreaming of the potatoes for the next week. We finished up with a glass of Amaro to digest. Stunning after dinner drink menu, may I add. This experience was wholeheartedly the best we have had in years, and we are snowbirds who have travelled the United States. We are seasoned foodies. I am a hospitality professional of 15 years. I am at a loss for words. The entire meal all we did was talk about how amazing it was. We're stunned. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for almost two decades, I wouldn't have done anything different. Timing, etiquette, presentation, hospitality, ALL perfect. I do not say that lightly. We will be regulars from here on out. 100000 stars! Thank you Cory for an unforgettable experience!

What an awesome spot. I loved this area restaurant. The decor is nice and the vibe is great. The steak we ordered was delicious. My dad and I split the tomahawk with scallops and loved it! We didn't order too much because we were trying to stick to a keto/ carnivore diet... I did try a small piece of the bread rolls and wow , delicious.

Our 2nd visit here and it doesn't disappoint. It was to celebrate my birthday. Outstanding service. Started with cocktails. And the 007 Vesper was amazing. Tiger shrimp appetizer and the vina Del Mar was yummy. My wife had the black group special and it was. Ended with them bringing out this desert that we shared. The warm, gooey brownie was decadent.

4 stars bc the dessert was not good! Bananas were hard and that didn't seem like traditional banana foster. Salmon was over cooked a bit. The lobster escargot was amazing!!! Great service and lively atmosphere.

SOLID 5 STARS! My…read moreniece, Laura, and her partner, Rich, are visiting from Chicago. She wanted a restaurant with outdoor seating, a view of the water, an excellent wine list, fine dining selections, AND open on a Monday night. I cried for Help from Yelp. 82 Degrees nailed all 5 criteria. At 6:15pm We were able to make an on-line reservation for three people for 6:30pm. Be careful to only park in spots designated for the restaurant or you will be towed. You can't miss the parking signs because they are plastered on every parking spot. We arrived and were immediately shown to a choice rooftop table just in time to enjoy a fine view of the sunset on the Gulf. After the sun set the bartender asked the diners at the dozen or so tables if they wanted the huge glass windows closed, and since it was starting to get chilly everyone agreed. My niece is very knowledgeable about wine, so she took charge of the wine list. After discussing the (Admittedly small, but well selected) list with the sommelier Laura chose the Iron + Sand Cabernet Sauvignon, a well-regarded, bold red wine from Paso Robles, California (4.8 Stars rating, I looked it up). She must have liked it, because she drank two glasses. Later on, she ordered a Pinot Grigio to go with her entree but I've forgotten the name. She also chose specialty drinks for Rich and I that were tasty and had a nice kick to them, but I don't remember their names either. I would have taken a picture of the drinks menu but my niece wouldn't let go of the list! (Which also meant we couldn't see the prices either, but like the saying goes: If you have to ask, you can't afford it!) It took us a while to study the menu. Just like the wine list, the menu has limited selections but offers excellent choices. It was hard to make a decision! We started off sharing Crab Cakes ($18) and Lobster Bruschetta ($21) appetizers, and we also shared an order of the Lobster Bisque ($15). All three of us agreed that the appetizers were yummy, but the Lobster Bisque was worth the trip all by itself! For my entree I ordered the Wild Caught Snapper with mango pineapple salsa and broccolini ($36) and Truffle Fries ($9). Rich went with the Grouper BLT ($26) and Laura chose the Parmesan Cream Pasta ($26) (Which was why she needed a white wine to go with her entree). Portions did not appear to be large, yet none of us were able to finish our entrees, leaving plenty for Rich and Laura to take home in biodegradable containers for a midnight snack. I'm sorry I wasn't quick enough to get pictures of the entrees. Rich and Laura are not used to snapping pics before digging in, but I can tell you they were all well presented. Even though we were all full, we couldn't resist sharing a slice of: SALTED CARAMEL BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!! ($12). Just the name tells you everything you need to know. While Rich and I were dueling with our forks, Laura swooped in and ate most of the dessert, which is totally unfair but is a legitimate female perk so there was nothing we could do. Next time we'll order more than one slice! Our perky waitress was extremely busy serving everyone but managed to keep the entire restaurant happy with her service. I don't think I saw her standing still for more than a couple seconds. Didn't get her name, either, but I'm sure the excellent tip told her we were pleased.

Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.

They're related to the excellent Agave restaurant two doors down in the same building, so certain Agave food items are available here. In any case, I stopped in for some drinks recently and loved everything. I started with their Oaxaca Old Fashioned, which is an orange-tasting mix of tequila, mezcal and bitters. Moved on to The Don; a great margarita. Finally, feeling the need to step it up, I asked for a recommendation on a reasonably priced smooth tequila to sip; the recommended Padre Azul anejo was exactly what I was looking for. The interior has more of a lounge vibe than a bar; lots of group seating areas, a pool table, chess, etc. Now, my six months later update to my original review; I've since ventured into the world of mezcal, and love coming here to find random new mezcals they get in. Mezcal is also produced from the agave plant, but unlike tequila, generally can't be produced in anywhere near the volume, so you aren't going to find it receiving the same attention tequila does, since no distiller could generate enough to keep up with the demand an advertising campaign would bring. I've found I really enjoy a smoky mezcal, straight up or even for an upgraded margarita, and many of the mezcals they serve here can also be purchased in bottle form at the liquor store next door (a family member of the owner owns that store).
