She listened to my requests and did what I asked for. She was also very gentle and her massages were worth every penny. Traveling the country, I've had better and worse pedis and manis... this nail shop's customer service and gel mani/pedi price deserve the 5 stars. She has over 10 years of experience with eyelash extensions and it absolutely shows. She knew exactly which lashes to use to give me the look I wanted. She also gave me tips on how to keep my lashes in the best condition in order to keep them on longer. Meraki also uses a setting technique so that you only need to keep your lashes dry for 12 hours instead of a full 24 hours. I also imagine it will help them stay on longer, but that's just an assumption. The receptionists were both super sweet and helpful with booking appointments and suggesting the right lash cleanser to travel with. My lashes have never looked better and they are less expensive than most of the lash lounges in Louisville, which is hard to believe given the quality!
