The establishment has the potential to be upscale, but it's not, so based on experience I don't recommend them for precision hair cuts or complex hair coloring such as Balayage highlights. The young lady with green hair (I don't remember her name) didn't have any clue what she was doing. I went in for an asymmetrical pixie cut. She looked at the picture and proceeded to butcher my hair, I had to go get it fixed. She then attempted to wax my eyebrows which she admitted she was not able to do well.
