I scheduled a long hair cut with Hannah. This was my first time here. The salon was THE CUTEST…read moresalon I had ever been to. VERY clean and updated. You can tell the owner put a lot of heart and and soul into the look of the place. Hannah was very sweet. She listened to what I wanted and didn't get "scissor happy" with my long hair. I asked for an inch and a half off, some long layers , and face framing. She did just that. Styled my hair the way I asked as well. I felt beautiful leaving the salon. The reason I docked 1 star from the review is for 2 reasons. The first being that I felt it was the most expensive "trim" haircut I have ever paid for ($97). The second being that the owner does bring her large dog into the establishment and lets it run free while clients are in the salon. The dog was fairly well behaved and didn't try and jump on me or anything like that. But it did approach me at my salon chair. So if you were allergic to dogs or afraid of them, this may not be the place for you. Not that the dog being there would have deterred me from coming but I would have liked that to be communicated with customers prior to booking just from a courtesy standpoint if clients were allergic or afraid of dogs.

Since my first visit in 2019, I have always received a warm welcome when coming through the door and have always found the salon to be impeccably clean and organized. It says a lot that many of the stylists are some that I saw on my first visit. Jackie continues to work her miracles with my hair, never wavering when I get a wild hair (pun intended) to try something new. She always listens carefully to my comments and offers her professional suggestions. I have never, in 7 years, left dissatisfied. I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived due to the relaxed, fun, down-to-earth stylists and engaging environment. Thank you, Salon 20/20 for your incredible talent!!

It had been nearly 6 months since my last highlights (only because my stylist apparently took the summer off for personal reasons) so I was a big mess. Faith spent a lot of time with me before making opinions as to the best way to proceed. Time well spent! She ultimately did partial highlights & blunt cut. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! And, the products she exposed me to made my thin, fine hair look twice as thick! HUGE! I will definitely be back on a regular basis. So glad I found Faith and Salon 20/20.

Unprofessional and disappointing experiences at Salon Louie…read more I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but after multiple visits, I'm done. The first time I went, the stylist was smart-mouthed and didn't do what I asked for. I decided to give them a second chance, booked my next appointment online, even took a screenshot of the confirmation, and took time off work -- only to show up and be told I wasn't on the schedule. I missed work and still didn't get my hair done. My daughter also went there once and asked for permanent hair color. They told her they only use permanent color on clients with gray hair, and gave her demi-permanent color instead -- not what she asked for at all. Between the attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, this salon has lost our business for good.

My appointment started with a neck message which was a nice surprise and a quick consultation with Madeline. I showed her a few photos of what I wanted and explained to her what I didn't like about my current color. She asked a couple of questions and went straight to it. She offered hand massages while my hair was being washed and then back to her chair for the reveal.... My hair came out EXACTLY as I wanted. Phew! I was so relieved! In addition to the perfect color, my hair felt soft and healthy. I have already booked my next 2 appointments with her.... yes, she is that good! I forgot to mention that there was a sign out front welcoming me to the salon as a first time client and I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome when I walked in. Overall a really great experience. Thank you Madeline!

I came here for the first time today. They have a great first time guest offer. $50 off your first…read moreservice of $80+, or $30 off your first service of $50+. I NEVER spend money on my hair but decided to try it out. I have very fine and very thin hair and it can be hard to find someone who can cut it right. The very nice woman who cut my hair tried, but I didn't end up loving it, in fact I hate it, but she did a great job of giving it volume when I have very little. I actually quite liked the way the back turned out, just not the front. I chopped it all off into a pixie. I'm not mad. It's only hair and I usually end up not loving my hair cuts, which is why I don't tend to cut it often or spend money on it. I was just hoping that if I went somewhere like this I would love the results. Will I be back? Maybe, but it's not because of anything other than I hate spending money on my hair. The salon was very clean, they treat you very well, and they are super nice. If you don't mind spending money on getting your hair cut, I recommend it.

I started with her at one salon before she moved to another salon. Not too long ago she opened her own salon! Welcome to the Jude Jett Salon! I greatly look forward to a wash and cut/trim every month! This salon has just recently started to grow with adding more space and more stylists. Unlike other salons, the chairs are spaced out here. It never feels crowded and you can take comfort in knowing that not everyone is listening to your gossip and stories. Of course I've experienced my haircuts every month for the past nine years, but I've also had the chance to see JJ cut/style other people's hair (women and men). She always does a spectacular job! If my hair was long enough, I could easily follow one of her other clients by saying, "I'll have what she's having!" One of the standouts for me is how you can tell that JJ really loves what she's doing. She practically dances around you as she cuts your hair and she always provides great conversation. You don't get that at some salons. So what are you waiting for? Call JJ and schedule an appointment. Don't forget to tell her that I sent you!
