This place is full of self employed hair stylist who went to school to twiddle their thumbs and call themselves hair dressers, I tried to get a refund for what they called a haircut but was told to take a hike, I hope nobody makes the same mistake I did, Don't come here and especially don't ask for shelby. I had my eyebrows "microbladed" by Stephanie Breger/owner. From day 1 my eyebrows were different shapes and super thin. I was also told to trust the process. I went back for a fix and still the same result except for this time they looked even more different and she charged me $60 more dollars. I have given a lot of money to Stephanie and i still have to fix my eyebrows before i leave the house everyday so i don't look like an idiot. I have had people ask me where i had them done because of how terrible they look. Embarrassing and a total rip off! She gets mad at you if you tell her about what you are dissatisfied with. This complaint is against Stephanie Breger, the owner of the business Salon B. I first receive service on May 10,2022. With Touch up on July 28th. I paid 350+ 35 tip. She promises that I would love my brows. (Microblading $350 with $75 booking fee due on day of scheduling ( this is deducted off total due day of service ) I let Stephanie know from the very beginning that my brow work was not right and she kept telling me to trust the process. I took pictures and sent them to her and she got pissed off and accused me of harassment. I decided to keep in contact with Stephanie and she kept telling me to "trust the process" I was letting her know how my brows were doing and that they weren't healing as she had told me they would. She finally agreed to let me come back for a touchup, and they looked better the first day, but then within days return to the way they looked after my first visit except the left brow was five times darker than the right. They have no correct lash design or shaping according to my face shape. Both brows look different . One is higher than the other and they are black and my hair is dirty blonde. I showed her a picture of what I wanted before she started and that is not what I got.. I have requested for a refund and my messaging was blocked. I am really hurt. I don't know if this bad job was done intentional or if she wasn't doing her job because of going through a divorce and complaining to me through the whole session of supposedly fixing my brows. I have given it time to "trust the process" with my brows but no progress at all. I really would like a refund as it is going to cost me $450 to get them fixed correctly, she used black on me and I have blonde hair. It should've been a dark brown. I told Stephanie no light brown. I showed her picture of exactly what I wanted and she said OK. This is not near the beautiful brows that she had done on another person . I am really embarrassed. it's not fair to look this way, when there was a promise of them being beautiful, I trusted her! read more

I went in super excited to change my look after not doing much to my hair for 2 years. I was referred to Jadien by Steph (owner of the salon). Jaiden was nice, but she could still use some practice on balayage and color work. My inspiration pictures and the final look were not similar, AT ALL. I reached out to the owner and she snarled when I asked for a refund and said that stylists rent their booths. The stylist, Jadien, tried to correct my hair once with three small low light sections and still was not close to the inspiration picture. I paid $175 for the hair of my dreams and now I have to spend more money with a different stylist to correct her mistake. Jaiden did not consider giving me a partial refund. The new stylist quoted me less and when she saw the pics, she said "eek!". If you want like to pay full price and want someone to practice on your hair, this is the place to go. I have debated writing a review for 2 months. I had my first appointment at the end of April. My brows were two totally different brows. I messaged her and she told me to trust the process. I drew them in to look the best I could until I had my second appointment in June. I still have two totally different brows. I have to fix them every morning so that I don't look stupid. A total waste of 325.00. I will definitely be going somewhere else when they have lightened enough to get them corrected. read more
