When walking in I was not greeted by the receptionist and waited a couple minutes until she had finished her side conversation, still she never said hello or welcome which made things feel not inviting. I arrived to my 5pm appointment a couple minutes early but was not taken into the back until 5:30pm. I don't think Heather noticed she was running late as there was a client before me. My facial by Heather was amazing. She truly is great at what she does. My face was glowing and extremely clean and soft afterwards. The only down side was that I paid for a 90 min facial but only received a little over 60 mins. Again I don't think Heather knew she was running late from the beginning which would have made up for the last 30 mins. The Brazilian was as painless as possible and quick! It took 10 mins at most. Heather makes conversation the entire time which takes your mind off of the pain. Overall I would return. I loved the services. The issues I had were minimal and can easily be fixed. The front desk employee can learn better customer service since she is the face of the salon and the first and last person the client sees and the services can be timed/scheduled better so clients aren't waiting past their scheduled appointment time and there is still time for the rooms to be re-prepped/sanitized.

The Yoni steam and Vajacial are two of my personal faves. But what initially brought my interest was a Brazilian wax. Best wax experience AND results I've ever had. You're welcomed with all smiles and the down low on the services provided with Amara, the receptionist. The services are provided by Heather- she also creates some of her products she uses and sells (which she can hardly keep enough supply before it runs out!) These ladies are so down to earth and personable. Just their vibes alone make this business stand out.
