She was the absolute sweetest and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and helped me stay calm and addressed my concerns. She let me know exactly what she was doing during our appointment so my mind was at ease. Not to mention the massage after the facial was complete fire! 100% great. I felt a little pressure checking out to buy the products before I left at the counter. However, I'm glad I made the splurge on them! The products have already helped me after the facial. I cannot wait for my next appointment!! I'm thrilled I found this cute place and the results so far!

I have been to Lumi Skinbar a few times for a bar facial, and once for an eyelash and brow tint…read more Every time I have visited the front desk is always super welcoming and the staff members are always great too. I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial. Both are very knowledgeable about the skin and explain each step to you. The inside design is also very cute it looks like a Pinterest board all of the decor is very cute. I did see on Instagram they are moving to a bigger location soon, I can't wait to see the new place I am sure it will be just as pretty inside!

I am used to fancy San Francisco places and let me tell you Tara was better than most of them! She was so clean, attentive, and wonderful to chat with. They use the hard wax which just means that they don't use the strips so it doesn't shove your hair down and is less prone to cause ingrown hairs. Not gonna lie, it still hurts like heck, but it was over and done with in a few minutes and she was super nice during the whole thing. My friend also got one, and came back the next day to get her eyebrows done. If I ever need another bikini wax, I'll for sure be coming back to see Tara!

We chose 5 Elements Salon & Spa for our anniversary celebration for several reasons:…read more1. Well-designed, easy-to-navigate website 2. Variety of spa treatment packages 3. Excellent customer service 4. Eager to make accommodations for dietary/drink needs and preferences 5. Discount for paying with cash Rather than giving each other gifts that may or may not be useful/desired, my spouse and I elected to gift ourselves a spa day at 5 Elements. We chose the Anniversary Bliss Package, which includes a truly spectacular facial, hot stone massage, and CBD foot treatment, as well as a relaxing lounge to hang out and toast a successful marriage and consume complimentary drinks and cake. When I called to inquire about the specifics, the phone was answered promptly and all my questions were answered, including the ability to substitute sparkling water for mimosas, and choose a cake flavor for our optimal enjoyment. Our day was incredibly relaxing; the spa treatments were excellent and the staff was professional and skilled. As we did not consume the entire cake during our visit it was very thoughtfully packaged and held for us at the desk so we could take it with us and prolong the celebration at home. I absolutely recommend 5 Elements to help celebrate any momentous occasion, as long as your goals include relaxation, pampering, and bliss.
