I found Skye online and went in for a refill. They checked my lashes to see if my New York provider was applying in a similar way. Was happy they were able to work with my current lashes, eliminating the need to remove my current application. My refill took an hour and a half which is a bit longer than I'm used to but the end result was lovely. They stayed on about the same amount of time as my other providers applications have. The technician and friendly and was good at communicating with me around my comfort. I actually had to immediately leave town after for a month so I got a touch up out of town. The person who did my touch up commented on how nicely done my application from Skye was, no overuse of glue, neatly applied. Looking forward to going back when I return home! The only cons i have is the space is relatively cluttered and small but they are going through some restructuring i believe. The location is slightly hard to find, and the initially paperwork is a bit overwhelming and can be alarming to some who are not familiar with lash extensions. Have no fear, I imagine as a small business they are just protecting their investment. They do good work.

She opens a few appointments monthly so it is important to try to get an appointment quickly if you are wanting to do so. I finally scored a coveted appointment for this January. Upon arrival, Patience greeted me in her adorable studio that is a plant mamas dream. Her space is very clean and pandemic friendly so I didn't feel nervous at all with my time there. She is very thorough with her explanations and put me at ease about the procedure as I was very nervous. My pain tolerance is extremely low and she ensured me I'd do great! She numbed me up and we chatted about my desired look for my brows and we decided on doing a combination brow which means a combination between nano & shading. I won't lie, I definitely felt the nano part more than the shading. But I would 100% do it again. The discomfort is tolerable and so worth it for the end result. You forget any pain as soon as you see your brows finished. There was essentially no pain to the shading part. So the overall experience was honestly very good and completely tolerable. And this is coming from someone that is a scaredy cat! After the final reveal, I was so pleased with everything. The shape, the beautiful nano strokes, and how well it fit onto my face. (not mandatory, but highly recommended) Procedure Process: Upon arriving you start the numbing process immediately! The application is applied then during the waiting process you'll start your paperwork and Patience talks you through the process.
