The younge girl removed my lashes...or so i thought, I only had a very light classic set on so when she was done I didnt think anything of it, paid and tipped and went about my day running errands, when I got home I noticed there were still quite a few lashes still left! One on the right eye and atleast 14+ on the left eye! I am extremely disappointed! I called up there ro let them know and the girl on the phone was very nice. She told me her manager wasnt in today and she would text me once she talked to him, she messaged me back and told me he would handle my issue tomorrow... so I guess we will see what tomorrow brings and I will update then! I just moved from New York back to Louisville and was a little nervous about finding a new lash…read moreplace. It costs a lot less in New York and there are a ton of places to choose from. I found Skye online and went in for a refill. They checked my lashes to see if my New York provider was applying in a similar way. Was happy they were able to work with my current lashes, eliminating the need to remove my current application. My refill took an hour and a half which is a bit longer than I'm used to but the end result was lovely. They stayed on about the same amount of time as my other providers applications have. The technician and friendly and was good at communicating with me around my comfort. I actually had to immediately leave town after for a month so I got a touch up out of town. The person who did my touch up commented on how nicely done my application from Skye was, no overuse of glue, neatly applied. Looking forward to going back when I return home! The only cons i have is the space is relatively cluttered and small but they are going through some restructuring i believe. The location is slightly hard to find, and the initially paperwork is a bit overwhelming and can be alarming to some who are not familiar with lash extensions. Have no fear, I imagine as a small business they are just protecting their investment. They do good work.

I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial. Both are very knowledgeable about the skin and explain each step to you. The inside design is also very cute it looks like a Pinterest board all of the decor is very cute. I did see on Instagram they are moving to a bigger location soon, I can't wait to see the new place I am sure it will be just as pretty inside!
