Upon arrival, Patience greeted me in her adorable studio that is a plant mamas dream. Her space is very clean and pandemic friendly so I didn't feel nervous at all with my time there. She is very thorough with her explanations and put me at ease about the procedure as I was very nervous. My pain tolerance is extremely low and she ensured me I'd do great! She numbed me up and we chatted about my desired look for my brows and we decided on doing a combination brow which means a combination between nano & shading. I won't lie, I definitely felt the nano part more than the shading. But I would 100% do it again. The discomfort is tolerable and so worth it for the end result. You forget any pain as soon as you see your brows finished. There was essentially no pain to the shading part. So the overall experience was honestly very good and completely tolerable. I never asked her to redo my eyebrows. Instead, she became defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. She repeatedly insisted there were no missed hairs, even though I know my own eyebrows and could clearly see that there were. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she told me, "I won't take you again. Go to another eyebrow location." That response was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive quality service. The prices are high enough that customers should not have to accept incomplete work or rude treatment when they politely raise a concern. I've never had a reason to complain before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of both.

Throughout the process, Micole walked me through each step, told me the sensations I may feel, and, if, at anytime I needed to take a break than to let her know. After that first session, she sent me home with very realistic aftercare and what to expect instructions, and a reminder to contact her for a touch-up in 6-8 weeks. On my touch-up, Micole noticed that the color hadn't stuck like she wanted and, instead of doing a simple touch-up, she basically re-microbladed my eyebrows. Her concern was not any type of money aspect, but more so that I was happy with the outcome. A week into my touch-up I sent her pictures to be sure the color was sticking now and she said it was doing exactly what was needed. Micole was rude to me on text and I have proof of all the times she canceled appointments on text. I read reviews and saw I am not the only one e Micole has done this to.
