Reason for the cancellation, she simply realized they could get more for the property even though already listed and booked. If this is how Beena treats customers over a LOCKED-IN weekend rental, and how poor her overall business ethics and overall awareness is, I can't imagine her helping others with their outer beauty, especially after displaying such ugliness in regards to her own inner beauty. Beena's lack of organizational skills alone should have you looking elsewhere, but you should also assume that every suggestion and/or recommendation she makes is solely self-serving and not in her clients best interest. Tons of salon options, I strongly recommend going a different direction if looking in Louisville.

She incorporated monarch butterflies (which I love) into my design and drew them almost perfectly just from references she looked up! I'm in awe of her talent! The gorgeous intricate design on my leg only took her an hour, but I am always so pleased to tell people that it was completely freehand! I don't know how she does it. I get so many compliments, and the stain I got makes a lot of people think it's a real tattoo! While I was there, we had good conversation, and I was comfortable the entire time.
