I was immediately welcomed by Stephanie, and I was offered a beverage (water, coke, Diet Coke, tea, or coffee). The waiting chairs were comfortable, and I enjoyed the vibe from all the staff. First impression walking in was that the place was gorgeous. The young lady at the desk was super friendly (I sadly don't remember her name). She also did my shampoo which was so good it made me wanna fall asleep. Audrey was ready to go on time and took plenty of time to talk to me about my ideas. She gave me several "hot tips" on styling as a no styling girl. The trick with the tinted dry shampoo is chef's kiss. The cut and style makes my blonde grow out look like an intentional ombré.
