And by enjoy I mean: fully accepted in modifications, intentional movements and truly motivating instructors who make you feel empowered as well as worked out to your fullest potential. They have an array of classes to choose from and their app makes it easy to book and read on what the course of that class will feel and look like. All the equipment is provided and sanitized daily. (I know, because we all sanitize after class with wipes that are provided). I've also watched their staff sanitizing mats and other equipment, so it really gives peace of mind. Just need to bring your water bottle, towel for the mat (they provide), and a face towel. Other options would be an extra mat for more padding or your own ankle weights (which I do). There's 16 spots so it's limited but it really gives you a feel of community and more of a hands on approach (if that's what you want). They won't touch/comment on form if you don't want that either, they are all about honoring your space. When walking into the mat class there's a white board that lists equipment needed so it's really nice and sets up the expectation. I've just started spin so it's been a challenge to get into the groove but again I feel no pressure and constant reassurance by the instructors so it feels like I can get to a better place given time. Just love this place! Highly recommend!! And the eucalyptus cold towel given to you at the end is chefs kiss. (Side note: they have sales periodically off their already affordable packages, so if one is going on, make sure to hope on it! I personally like the unlimited package cause I can try all the classes and bring a couple friends a month. Also there are challenges held in the community to help motivate and create healthy competition #blueprintchallenge)

I've been working out here for about 8-9 years now. I've tried many other fitness studios & types…read moreof workouts, but nothing so far can replace this for me. It is a total body workout which includes brief stretching before transitioning to the next muscle group. I love how Sweat+Soul barre really targets the smaller muscles to help me feel strong and toned. I can attest that the workouts WILL stay challenging, even after working out here several times per week for years. Instead of getting "easier" with time, your form will slowly improve (which I think also helps to improve your posture!). If it's starting to feel easy, you're not properly engaging your muscles :) The teachers and the owner are all so friendly and know how to kick your ass in the best way. I also love how CLEAN it feels in the studio. Pretty much all other fitness studios I've tried out feel noticeably grosser compared to here. (I can understand that it's also probably due to the nature of the workout for other studios though.) The studio recently moved to Ward Village Center (Genki sushi, Kids City, etc.), on the side of the structure where Roger Dunn Golf is located. This new location doesn't have a water refill station yet, so be sure to fill up your flask before heading here.
