I loved how Robert and Ana's response to my Yelp request read and their scheduling calendar was easy to use. They kept me updated about my appointment, right up to the day of the work when they notified me that Robert could come early. That worked fine for me. Robert was at my house as agreed and he looked at my problem, told me what he suggested doing and how much it would cost. It was very reasonable and I agreed on the spot. After getting needed supplies he had it fixed in no time and I have my lovely piece of furniture in working order again! Robert is a terrific person, friendly and professional. He is local and has other clients in my condo project. A real find! I will definitely be calling Handyman Today when I need work done professionally and reasonably. Can't say enough good things!!

Juan even made time to meet us at floor and decor to help us to pick out quality tile that met our budget. Juan even referred us to other tile shops that helped us find bedroom tile that matched the flooring we have in the main room of the house. During the project Juan took his time and made sure the finished product was to his and our liking or he would change it. Juan would give us his professional advice when it came to choosing quality that will last a very long time. I would highly recommend Juan to do your next project because he takes his time in doing it right, pays attention to detail and does the job that he would want in his own home. Juan thank you for your professionalism, eye for quality, detail and the wonderful new master bedroom and bathroom design looking forward to working with you again.

He is clearly passionate about his work and seems genuinely excited and interested in his projects. I really think that's why he does such wonderful work. He's very responsive and communicative during the project planning and execution. I'd highly recommend him to everyone and he will be my first call for all future projects. I'm glad that Larry responded to my request for service, I now have a reputable handyman who can…read morefix nearly anything! I ordered a hand made one of a kind table which was shipped from Michigan to California via UPS. Despite the fact that the table was packaged as if it were glass, complete with a custom made wooden crate inside of the cardboard box, the table arrived nearly destroyed with one whole side and two legs completely torn off the rest of the desk. This stroke of bad luck changed immediately. Larry was prompt to reply to my online inquiry and showed up the same evening to fix the table. Larry fixed the table to like new condition. You cannot tell it was nearly destroyed unless you turn it upside down to notice a very slight imperfection. Best of all, Larry communicates with you. If he's running behind for any reason he's prompt to call or text. He is also punctual. And reliable. Communication, reliability, and punctuality are very important to me. Larry hits the mark on everything. Very friendly also, after some brief banter I found out he had fixed a door jamb that someone kicked in earlier in the day, and after he fixed my table he was going to replace an exterior drain pipe with tree roots inside of it. It seems like he can do almost anything! I'm glad we met. I've got a handyman for life, with plenty of word of mouth referrals to come!

A few years ago my husband and I decided to have our house renovated. We were at a loss for finding…read moresomeone who could do it. So we decided to have different people do different things. And then we met Braulio Perez. He is not only an expert at laying tile that he also renovated our hole kitchen. He's very picky who he subs things out like electricity. He is very professional. He works very, clean. Never does he leave a mess behind. He can find a solution for almost anything. I had actually already ordered the tile for all of our flooring and had ordered way too much. He found the solution by expanding where we were going to put the tile. The results were phenomenal. Of course I had ordered the most expensive tile that was 6 in by 4 ft. Which means it's very expensive to install because everything has to be perfect and everything has to be even and balanced. I can honestly tell you when I vacuum my tile floor there's no clicking in the vacuum cleaner. It's very smooth. It's almost like it's flat concrete. People often think that my floors are actually wood because they look like wood planks and have very little grout. I have to tell you he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his finish work. He is second to none. He's not the least expensive, but he's also not the most expensive. He's right there in that sweet spot where you feel confident in him, but you don't feel like he's taking advantage of you. I have recommended him to several people I know personally and they are also very pleased. He only recently joined Yelp, which is why I have never given him a Yelp review until now. I was so excited when I found out I could do this. Since our renovation he has also come back and done little things for us. He installed a bidet toilet seat that is heated and has water to wash your bottom. I love it! I would have never made it through the recovery from my shoulder surgery without it. He is one of the most kind people that I think I've ever met. My husband and I both highly recommend him. I almost forgot he even corrected our gas hookup to our stove. It was not in code at all and he corrected that. The people who built this house didn't even do it right. So I'm so grateful to him. I will add pictures at a later date. I just wanted to get this posted.
