The chair needing repair was from an antique dining room set; someone leaned back in it and broke a rear leg. Let me tell you....it looks great! Seamless repair, perfect color/stain match and while, if you look closely, you can tell the manner in which it was repaired you know that it will be sturdy enough to return to full time use. $75 bucks well spent. The chair for reupholstering, well, it's a COOL chair but we paid $10 bucks for it at a garage sale and while I am positive it would look great refinished with a new seat, I can't justify ~$300 to get it re-done. Maybe one day, and when/if that day comes, Andrew's will definetly get my business.

No apology for him showing up 20 plus minutes early without warning while I was attempting to prepare the work for him, which is unprofessional in its own right. A disconnect in the difference in work is understandable, but there was more than one piece in my original email. The tone of the employee in my home ensured it didn't matter what he offered, he is not fit for this job. There was also not blue tape throughout the house, there was blue tape in two rooms, on five total pieces of furniture, two of which you already had photos of. Trying to defend yourself in the yelp review without even the decency to apologize for the character of your employee is embarrassing. Especially along with the fact that you're lying about the amount of items in my original email and the amount of markings in my home. Nor did you even acknowledge how the employee treated me in my own home. I'm happy to provide my email and yours as proof here that you were not clear about the pricing nor the amount of work you were doing.

The process for requesting a quote and booking was easy and quick, I received a detailed quote the same day from Debbie with additional information on the process and exactly what to expect. The day of service, Jim took great care to cover and protect other surfaces in the bathroom and set up a good effective ventilation system before starting the refinishing process. He came back the next day to remove protective covering, replaced drain hardware with new and re-caulked around the tub and even another area of the bathroom that needed it! The refinished tub is absolutely beautiful, the finish is flawless. Jim is a true craftsman, it's obvious he and Debbie are committed to providing great customer service and top quality work. I picked these up and didn't notice they weren't done as they were put in storage until I got my floor done. I looked and realized this and sent an email. He asked me to send pics of chairs and never heard back. I paid about $1,000 and provided fabric. Just feel I was given a run around when they were asked if they could correct the mistake.
