First off I'm a bit older so finding a shop who is good enough to handle my tech and me is always great. I was sold a Samsung S23 Ultra from the verizon store a few months back and since it's all glass inevitably it will break. Fast forward to a few days ago, the phone slipped out of my hands and hit the pavement and cracked the big front screen and was flashing white lines at me. I looked up where to get a phone fixed and the young lad answered and told me they could have it done same day. I got into my car and left my phone with them within 2 hours the phone was fixed and looked like new. The newer models cost a bit to fix but is well worth supporting local business. I was told they replaced my iPhone battery with an actual Apple battery, which Best Buy showed me was not correct. and the battery they used was actually unstable and considered hazardous material. They also severely damaged my phone when replacing the back glass by not replacing all screws, internal panels or even used proper adhesive. This left my phone vulnerable and promptly suffered water damage. This company has zero business being in operation and everyone should look elsewhere for proper electronic device repairs. Do not go here unless you do not care about your device. They are extremely overpriced and will destroy your property.

You heard that right! These guys kept my computer after I delayed to get back to them after unforeseen family issues that distracted me from following up with them. I shelled over 500$ for a diagnostic and backup only to be told that it was going to be another 5-600$ to get it fixed and when I delayed to to tell them to go ahead and fix it I was told that my 2500$ Mac desktop was "no longer an option for me". Beware when you step into their store in Hardwick or Stowe! Make sure you read ALL the fine prints before you sign anything and if you can, walk away! T

After performing diagnostics on my computer he offered to sell me a refurb from his stock. It malfunctioned straight out of the box. He replaced with another refurb. My kid spilled coffee on that one, so I sent it back for repairs. But, Mac Nurse didn't fix it - he outsourced the repairs. Then he decided the refurb couldn't be fixed he offered to sell me another. I'm not actually sure this guy can fix anything. To top it all off, when I disputed a charge on the bill, he completely ghosted. I never got back my data or hardware. I lost a TON of time/money. Save yourself the stress!!
