First time we actually used a minivan, but subsequently we booked a normal car, which was just fine for a family of 3 traveling with a large suitcase, 2 carry-on bags, 1 backpack with baby stuff, and a stroller. Pick up was always on time. Most recently, our red eye from the West Coast landed at JFK at 5:50am. The driver called us while we were still taxing[1] to let us know that he was at the cellphone parking lot, and to call him once we got all our luggage. Basically we got picked up within a couple of minutes after exiting the baggage claim area. Every time we used Jupiter Car Service the cars were clean, and the drivers nice, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended if you are traveling with a baby. ------------------- [1] He was tracking the flight on-line.

If you're looking for an affordable and efficient way to get in or out of the city while in NYC,…read morethese guys are the company for you! We used this service twice: when our friend was stuck at the airport in a long taxi/Uber line and also to get us out of the city and back to LGA and JFK. The price of the car was the same if not a tiny bit more than an Uber/taxi and also way better! The cars were very clean, the drivers professional and polite, and the drive was smooth and safe. We were very impressed and all said we'd use them any time we needed to get into the city again in the future. I know it's hard to find a reliable driver service when searching online and not knowing much about companys or their validity, so I wanted to make sure I left a review here for my Yelp fam!

When I asked if they could guarantee the car would not smell like smoke, he basically said, "If you call for a car, I'll find you a car." When I tried to clarify again, he said, "Never mind," and hung up on me. This is rude and unprofessional. Asking for a non-smoking car is a very basic and reasonable request, especially for passengers who are sensitive to smoke or traveling with family. If a company cannot guarantee it, they can simply say so politely instead of hanging up on a customer. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.
