I had an appt for a medical procedure early in the morning, my driver, Julio was wonderful! He got me to my destination safe and sound. i was worried about getting home and Julio gave me his number to call him when I was ready to be picked up. He was so nice and a safe driver. I would definitely use Flushing Car Service again and request Julio. He was wonderful! Thank you so much, Julio!! read more

I hope the management of Flushing Car Service will read this. On May 26, 2026 I received a very good ride from Flushing to Moynihan-Penn Station Amtrak. The driver was at my hotel promptly. At Penn Station the driver stopped in an area of the street with blue diagonal lines. I got out and we unpacked my luggage. Later I wondered if she could have gotten a ticket for parking there. I saw a map of Moynihan-Penn Station inside the station which showed an area on one side of the complex for taxis, Ubers, etc to stop. If you are a prospective rider going to Moynihan-Penn Station do a little research to find where this designated area is. It will be safer for the driver, safer for passengers to get out and unload, and is closer to the trains. read more

When I do not want to ride my Electric MTB home after drink a few cold ones after work; they are there for me. I know i can count on Flushing Car Service bringing to the City to dance my a** off at any Night Club. Thank you Flushing Car Service for going the extra mile for me. read more

After having been let down by New Golden Horse, I called Flushing Car service and scheduled a pick up to go to JFK. 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up, I call them again. They say the driver is just 5 minutes away. ::waits 5 minutes:: ::waits another 5 minutes:: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up still no car. FAIL. read more

If you're in Flushing and need a cab, these are the people you need to call. I have never had a driver I'm not happy with. This is how it goes down: * Dial the service * The person on the other end says "Hello, Flushing." * Tell them where you are. * Person says "Seven minutes" * No more than 4 or 5 minutes later, the car arrives * Tell the driver where your going * At the end, be SHOCKED at how cheap the ride was. I've been shaken down in the past by shady car service operators, but this company is top-notch. read more

I have been using the Flushing Car Service to get to and from LaGuardia for the past 3 years and the service has always been excellent. The car has always been right on time, the drivers always friendly and the cost extremely reasonable! One night after my plane had been delayed several times, I finally arrived at 1am to an airport crowded with tons of other late arrivals. The Taxi line was estimated to take 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a cab, so I called Flushing Car Service, they picked me up in 10 minutes and I was at home 20 minutes later! I would continue to use this service without hesitation and would recommend it as well! read more

Excellent Service. From the phone call to LaGuardia airport, all went perfect. I was quoted an excellent price allowing me to tip higher. The driver arrived 5 minutes early and was very nice. He took a route that avoided those traffic complaints you here going to the airport. Drove right in. Very safe ride and very clean car. This is not my first trip using Flushing and I have always been very satisfied with their service. read more

Well, I was in desperate need of a can to get home after a closing shift and this was the first place I found. To get to flushing queens (like barely into queens) from Mineola was $50! This was the first time I would have been better if getting an über. They made me pay upfront, and the entire time I felt like I may have been driving with a serial killer. That being said, the car was comfortable, and he didn't speed or anything. Everything was just overpriced and awkward. read more

I've been using this car service for about 12 years or so, and have never had an issue. I'm not sure if Uber has anything to do with it or not, (by taking the decent drivers)but lately the drivers have been terrible. I don't like to be sexist, but 3 of the last 4 drivers I've gotten have been women. They have attitudes, and talk on their hands free devices for the entire ride. Isn't that illegal? Plus the women drivers have something against air conditioning, so be ready for a sticky, hot, gossip filled ride. Maybe next time I call I'll just ask that they send a male driver :-/ read more

Great car service, always on time. Friendly drivers and reasonable price. I will never use another car service

Used them religiously for a while, but three times in three months did not show up and did not care to offer an explanation, even being downright rude. There are so many other car services. Do not use this one. read more

Good service from beginning to end! They've been a well established business for many years, I recommend!

I have lived in Flushing for thirty years and have used Flushing Car Service the whole time. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH Flushing Express, which is a different company altogether. Flushing Car Service is the way to go. Exactly what one other reviewer said is just what you will get. You call, they answer 'Flushing', they might ask you where you you are going, and within no more than 10 minutes you will be inside a nice clean, comfortable car and on your way. Drivers all know where they are going, all are polite and friendly and all drive safely. A plus service with a smile! read more

Definitely the car service to use.I called they told me 10 minutes they where there in 5 fare rates ans nice people . the best car service

Definitely the car service to take if you like your chain getting jerked. "10 minutes" ... you wait 15 and call back ... "3 minutes" ... you wait 5 and call again ... "oh so sorry, the driver got lost, 3 minutes" ... you wait 5 more and still no car. read more

flushing car service saved me!! I was abandoned by the horrible mistake that is four twos and nearly missed my flight. Thankfully the flushing car service saved the day and hightailed it to JFK. allowing me to make my flight. They arrived in 8 minutes after my original phone call. You need a cab in queens? Call the flushing car service!! read more

I have always gone to them because you can always get a cab within 10-15 minutes after your call. However recently I have been having more and more issues with Flushing Car Service. First, their prices are never steady - the driver makes them up. $10 for a 3 minute ride? Ridiculous. Second, my last two experiences included drivers who were actually texting while driving. I use a cab service to get from A to B safely and reduce my travel time. I do not feel safe nor do I want to pay ridiculous prices that are completely made up on the spot. read more

Awful! I called and asked them to pick me up in Whitestone and they immediately said that they do not go that far, and the guy hung up on me! Um, you guys are in FLUSHING. That's 10 minutes away from Whitestone. Worst phone call, ever. read more

This was my go to car service, but no more. Sadly, they're app was so awesome....and then- it, and their service, just imploded! They never have enough cars, the prices keep changing and English speaking drivers seem to be a problem. So sad, but I am not using this service anymore after multiple times where they never showed up, even though texts said they would, and non caring management- whom do not return calls to this long time customer. Sorry, but it's the truth...good luck if you use this car service. read more

Good service. You cany count upon these guys. Very punctual with time. Except a few off moments drivers and ride are always good. For hassel free ride you can call them. read more

very very very rude drivers. when we ordered a limo to go to laguardia foe s20, then driver did not put our luggage in the truck. at the airport, the driver asked an extra $10 because we were 4 people ! when we told him that we informed his company that we were 4 people and they said it will cost $20 because of the bigger car, the driver cursed at us and said sarcastically "you want me to carry your luggage to the curb also" and told us "at least you can count" in reference to the number of baggage. what a rude driver, never never call this service if you have self-respect!!!!!!! read more

These people suck. Keep u waiting and say they were trying to call you but they were not. Completely unreliable. They used to be worth the money and reliable but seems they must have some kind of management changes and their service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!! Bedbugs in cars I'm hearing I've been told now that's just disgusting like there service. You get what you pay for! read more
