It was a nice fancy spot ! Very unique design how it's build ! I had fun in swing stools ! Very modern and new style club under the sky ! Lots of stairs but everything look new and cool! No parking at all had too park 2 blocks away. But had one problem with bartender all the way on the highest floor; I ask for red bull she clearly stated it was 10 dollars while I was next to the computer I saw it wrong up as 5 dollars and it told my change ! I was like what ? She knew she acted like nothing happen ! Hahaha not good scamming people !!! read more

Nice place with great view. Just disappointed when the bartender( hispanic male on the 2nd floor ) was not happy when i ordered a cocktail drink from the drink menu that he provided. When i left my tap open and went back to get another drink he rolled his eyes and said "you again with your cocktail drinks.... can you just order something simple like the rest!" After a discussion here and there about how he didn't want to make my drink he ended up saying "go with someone else i don't want to make a cocktail drink." When i asked to speak to his manager he just said " i don't know he is somewhere around there" .... I ended up closing my tap with someone else and left this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Still at the bar so don't know how this is going to turn out lol. It's Wednesday afternoon and I'm not expecting a big crowd, but for what it's worth the bartender is nice and I like the setting. Looks cool so I'll come back again when it's night time of course and there are people here. Supposedly it gets busy on Saturday. I like the Chingon drink topped with some type of Lucas :) Central American powers activate! Drinks good read more

I love trying new places and this one is gorgeous! When we went it was super mellow. The bartenders were awesome and extremely friendly. I don't believe they have any happy hour specials but they made up for it. They made us a complimentary shot. Their cocktails are fun and remind you of being on vacation. It was girls night out and we really enjoyed ourselves. From what I counted they had 4 bars. A lower level bar, a mid level bar and 2 on both rooftops. There is also a lot of stairs but don't worry about that. Those stairs lead to a lot of beautiful people and a great time. It is a great lounge or event spot when the weather is cool. I will definitely be back. read more

We came to 77 degrees on a Thursday night, it was a good size crowd for a week night. Ladies including myself were in heels or sandals, along with dresses and nice blouses. Guys were dressed in slacks and button ups, some in full suits. It has a very high class vibe from the crowd to the ambiance/decor. We paid $60 for 5 drinks which I felt well worth it considering the luxury feel . They have lots of different seating options from couches, to hanging chairs, to a hanging swing/bed along with the usual bar seating. They played a good mix of music from 80's to 2,000's to current favs. We would love to come back on a weekend night when it's a bit busier to dance and enjoy ourselves. read more

The view is amazing, let's just start there! Fellas, this is a great place to take your woman. Be careful with the drinks because they're a little pricey($9 for a vodka water). Overall this outdoor beauty is great spot to hang out. They Dj's play modern radio music which it is not to bad . Also a great area to bar-hop once you find parking. They tow all over this area, it's HOUSTON. Stay Safe -big sex read more

Gorgeous modern atmosphere; swings great for pictures and hanging with your girls. They even have a giant one that's almost like a mattress! There's a couple different levels too, and the top definitely has a nice view. I went with my gfs from NY and they loved it. More upscale nightlife feel. read more

Happy Hour on a Thursday: great vibe couple groups of people to mingle with made some cool friends. Nice breezy view, dressy casual vibe. Drinks pricey and nothin to scream about. Good place to bring a big group of people or event. Street parking if you look or walk two blocks. read more

My girl and I went here last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. We loved the view and the cocktails were perfect. The staff was delightful and Sandy made our experience even better. We told her it was our first time but she treated us like we were regulars. We will 100% be coming back soon! ! ! read more

So how does an establishment sell cigarettes in the restroom and then ask you not to smoke? WHEN ITS AN OUTDOOR BAR. The manager, her name is Elizabeth, asked us to put out the cigarettes which we purchased from said bathroom and when I told her no, she proceeded to call me a "dick". Then when she decided to give me the money back for the cigarette, literally grabbed my shirt to put the money inside of it. I've been in customer service for 10+ years and you NEVER put your hands on a customer. Highly disrespectful and will surely be calling to speak to someone in a higher position. Don't waste your time or money on this place cause they are RUDE. read more

0 stars if I could. The bartender that served me was extremely rude for no reason. When I told another bartender about the incident he said "well you know how you people are." All I did was order a drink at a pretty empty bar. Never giving this place my business again, so disappointed in how customers are treated. read more

I went there for the first time last night. The staff and bartenders were really quick and helpful. Especially Sandy. She made sure my drink was never empty. read more

Went here with my sister and best friend. My best friend ordered a drink that she watched the bartender put coconut water in. Nowhere on the menu did it say there was coconut water in it. My best friend is allergic to coconut water so she told the bartender, who then air-quoted, rudely, to her coworker that my friend was allergic. Both bartenders then showed frustration. I don't recommend. If someone has an allergy, respect it and move on. If my friend wouldn't have been watching her make the drink, she could've ended up on the floor having a bad allergic reaction bc again, it wasn't on the menu. Rude staff. read more

This place is awesome! The bouncers made our group feel welcome as we entered. The roof-top views of downtown Houston are unmatched and the bar staff was very friendly. The music mixed well with the crowd and gave me a feel-good vibe. I highly recommend this place. read more

COVID-19 ALERT Just a heads up to anyone planning to visit this club, one of the 77 Degrees employees tested positive last week for Covid-19 rather than closing the bar and doing a deep cleaning the owners decided to keep silent about it and remain open. This club is normally very crowded in a very small area it would be fair to expect other employees as well as patrons of the clubs in the last two weeks to also become infected. read more

I got turned away for wearing a Rockets T-Shirt (after Rockets won game 3 against GSW) and a pair of Nikes. I don't care for pretentious places. They will not have any more of my business. read more

IF YOU ARE GAY OR TRANS THIS PLACE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOU. I am non binary (they/them) and I was denied entree because I had a purse. Even after this INSANITY. I said check my purse and they still denied me entry. Do not go here. read more

We were very excited to try this new venue. Turned away for wearing a Mexico jersey on Cinco de Mayo! Very deceiving because we went everywhere else in midtown with the same attire and this was the only place that turned us down. People after us were let in with cargo shorts. Will never be returning. Will probably close down shortly. read more

If I can give this place a 0, I would! They told my fiancé that he can't come in because he's wearing Air Force Ones! Then the bouncer said, my fiancé can come in if the price is right. RIDICULOUS!!! I will never come back to that place, and I'll make sure that all my friends and family knows! read more

"The shoe policy" suddenly changed and they would let my black friend in. As they continued to humiliate my friend at the door the bouncer told me I had "baggy" clothes and at first said I was wearing chinos. I was in no shape or form wearing baggy clothes I was wearing blue chinos which were appropriate to my size. As a former law enforcement officer I will not tolerate such behavior I reported this establishment to the better business bureau tonight. I will not tolerate racism. This place set the standard from the start and won't let Mexican Americans into the place. He made statements saying "I don't give a f*ck who you report me to" "you can't threaten me" it was never a threat it a promise that I made. To give you guys some background I hold a MBA and run a Fortune 500 company. The color of my skin should not affect my ability to enter any type of establishment. What is unfortunate is that I moved here from Dallas a few months ago and was hoping to become a regular at this place but one person ruined it. This is the 2nd time this individual rejects me at the door and completely humiliates me. I am standing for my civil rights as a human being. I will be raising awareness of the actions that took place tonight. It's not right, and I don't believe the individual will ever understand the trauma and impact that it caused. Our voices need to be heard, and America will never change with places like 77 degrees. read more

Unfortunately, my friends and I came to this bar for a good time but were racially discriminated against. We were victim of targeting due to wearing Nike Dunks. There was no other reason to not let us in except that we were black so they mentioned such a specific brand of shoes. I would not recommend, especially if you are black. read more

One of the best views from a rooftop bar that I've ever seen. Great scene for drinks.

They really need to change the dress code. The doormen are very picky when it comes to letting people in for the wrong shoes. I would give no stars if I could because this has happened more than once read more

This was my first time visiting and I was impressed. The Ambiance of this place is gorgeous. Plenty spacing and seating for people to enjoy themselves. Bars on every level so that it's not long lines and great social amongst people. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would! I only had one drink there which was very expensive and bad taste, when I got home I had I surprise, they used my debit card when I wasn't even there anymore and charged me for another drink. I will never go back again!!! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CARDS. read more

The dress code at this bar is completely not okay and sexist. My female friend got in while wearing dirty tennis shoes, but my male friend had a more difficult time wearing the same thing. We asked the bouncers why our female friend got in over our male friend, and they said, "It's because she's a girl." I'm not looking forward to coming back here in the future. Strict dress codes are unnecessary, especially when they're not equally enforced between men and women. Looking forward to going to Little Woodrow's more! Great place that doesn't care what you wear. read more

I agree with others. I'm a minority female and I easily got it but this so called dress code. Saw several white woman with jogger pants on with a clear sign they just came from working out and easily came in. The one one minority male in our group was forced to changed yet he was a lot more dressed than the white woman. Same ole racist bouncers playing games with race. Won't be back!! read more

This place is inconsistent. They wouldn't let me in with my sneakers because they are Nike Air-force but they let enter 3 guys with basic converse sneakers. All none sense. Even if Im wearing my Moschino shirt tonight... the guys at the front door acted racist and rude. read more

Yup the other ratings are spot on. Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and the atmosphere was ok until we wanted to hear a variation of music. The DJ insisted that he was not allowed to play R&B or Rap music but once confronted about being racist or grabbing a manager the music quickly changed and was accommodated. The drinks are great and there was an amazing Bartender names Elijah that was super fun and had a great knowledge of cocktails. I'll be back just for him. read more

Very cool atmosphere love being able to see the whole city HOWEVER it's more of a place to stand around and talk to friends and have a few drinks, than to dance. Also The bartenders completely ripped me off. $12 for a Red Bull vodka and was just straight Red Bull... read more

My experience was the worst I've ever had. Coming straight from a vacation dinner, we were going to start here because we looked for "rooftop" on google. The doorman wouldn't let my date up the stairs because she had "already had too many". His judgement of that was she had shoes that were difficult for her to walk in, like many women will do when they have a formal dinner. He wouldn't give his name or get a manager to clarify their policy, which made me really feel like it was for another reason. This place is a ticking time bomb to get sued if the entire place is reflected by the doorman we experienced. read more

We requested hip hop / or reggae on a Saturday night after hours of techno- pop and it was denied multiple times . Per DJ ... " the owners only allow me to play this kind of music tonight " " but I'll play some reggaeton when I want to " ! Also ... when ordering Sauvignon Blanc we got Chardonnay twice ! #racist read more

This place is an absolute joke. The door guy enjoys treating people poorly. He talks down to people and is just rude for no reason. It didn't happen to anyone from my party but I witnessed it as I was walking up. If someone isn't within the dress code there is a way to go about telling them. I doubt the people who were turned away will ever attempt to return. The manager does not seem to care at all so I doubt this place stays open very long. You can't treat potential customers like that and expect to stay in business. Based off what we saw none of us will ever want to return. I will say the bartender was polite and the food was not bad. There's far better places in Houston to spend your money where they treat people like human beings. read more

I called beforehand and asked about dress code, i was told we couldn't wear baggy clothes, nothing else. Asian asshole at the door is a dick. He said my friend couldn't get in with sneakers even though he was wearing sneakers himself. Not worth the hype. This place won't last. Go anywhere else in midtown. So we returned after speaking with the manager and it is an awesome spot. 3 floors with a view of downtown houston, so pretty. There was a nice crowd on the sunday we went. If you've had a negative experience I definitely recommend giving them another shot! read more

Hire a person to every so often clean your restrooms. Smells horrible, obviously you'll don't use any air fresheners. Throw up on the floor is gross. read more

Ok this is a nice place conveniently in Midtown however they do NOT need a kitchen. The red snapper tacos are literally a FISH STICK on a miniature corn tortilla with veggies. I have not had a fish stick since I was 3 years old. And to top that the tacos were cold. They would do better just having taco truck outside because they have no business serving food. Place is actually smaller than the drone footage makes it seem. Drinks overpriced and DJ did not play good music. It's a new spot so they have a lot work to do. read more

Super aesthetically pleasing place. It's really spacious despite having so many patrons most of the time. However, the music literally sucks on every level of the place. They decide randomly when to enforce a "dress code" so you may be able to get away with dressing casual on one day and on another you'll get turned away for the same outfit. Definitely more fun places with better music in the area. read more

I had day haha a great time here!!!! First time going. It was plenty of space. Several rooftops!

I felt like I was on south beach this evening! Drinks were bomb, and they passed out free shots! Win, win. The Houston skyline views are amazing from the rooftop! The bartenders were great and very attentive. I didn't get any names, but just know that they are on their job!! My first visit, but I definitely will be returning!! read more
