Shell tends to be a littler pricier for gas, and since there's no competition in the immediate area, it's not going to be the cheapest. I've filled up here several times now, and I've had a good experience. This location has six covered pumps on one side, and two uncovered pumps on the other side. They also have propane, as well as an air and water machine. Their gas prices are on par with other major non-independent stations in the nearby area. The inside of this Shell has a very nice and modern looking food mart with several aisles of food items, and a cooler along the back wall with various beverages. There is also a Subway sandwich shop inside. This will probably be my regular gas station from now on. PRO TIP FOR ALL SHELL GAS STATIONS: Shell is partnered with Ralphs grocery stores through the Ralphs Rewards program. For every $100 spent at Ralphs, you earn a $0.10 cent per gallon discount at Shell, up to a maximum discount of $1.00 per gallon. Most Fridays, Ralphs has a coupon in their app to get 4x fuel points for Ralphs purchases made on that day. The manager of the car wash is friendly and has worked there forever. I opted for a hand wash and hand wax yesterday and I was actually surprised how good of a job they did. There wasn't even a spec of brake dust left on the rims and they were pretty dirty before. Their website has coupons and the cashier happily accepted the $10 off a hand wax coupon I showed on my phone. I recently noticed a sign on the window there saying that if you install the Chevron app, it gives you $1 off per gallon for your first two fill ups. You can't beat free money and I definitely took advantage of that offer.

The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.
