This place had additional charges and bizarre rules that no other 7-Eleven has. The younger cashier is so nice. The older man however is rude and additionally charges for small things that no other 7-Eleven charges for. The consistency and pricing at the 7-Eleven is not congruent with others nearby. read more

I come here regularly and the younger cashier is pretty nice. However, the older cashier has so many bizarre rules. For example, every time I come in, I say I don't want a bag and he says he still has to charge me 10 cents, even if I don't want a bag. This has literally happened over a dozen times here. I don't understand why this is the only business that charges every patron a 10 cent bag fee, even if you don't request or receive a bag. read more

This cashier is the most rude cashier I've ever encountered at any store. He YELLED at me twice...once for asking if they carried Rise and then for wanting to pay with the app (which I do at all 7-Elevens). Terrible experience trying to buy an energy drink. I don't know what his problem was. It wasn't like he was yelling through a mask either or anything because he was wearing it under his chin. I would steer clear of this location. This location is literally disgusting!!! And I'm talking about the food here, it's old and cold and NOT fresh at all. Aright so I've been coming too this 7/11 the past two weeks because my job is right down the street and let me just say when I first came here the hot dogs looked as if they have been sitting for a while but you know a little over cooked hot dog won't hurt nobody so that's how it was the first couple of days, then recently my co-worker got a burnt waffle from them without knowing because it was in a box that they put it in once the waffle gets baked, anyways she went back to get her refund which they refunded her however they didn't even apologize for anything. So fast forward to a week when I decide to come back after taking a week break from this location, hoping that they would improve on keeping up with the freshness with their food but, SURPRISE!!!! Again with the old stale hot dogs and not too mention the hot dog had been sitting for so long it looked like it was deep fried or burnt it didn't even look edible. And to top it off today when I got nachos the cheese wasn't even hot like it was so cold that it was coming out in clumps and when I went to add toppings the toppings bar was DISGUSTING!! They had it all mixed up, so when I tried to put jalapeños on my nachos it literally had onions in it mixed with tomato and cilantro like it wasn't even changed out or kept up, even the utensils for the toppings were dirty and greasy I mean everything here is just out of hand really I mean who In the right mind thinks this is acceptable. So if you made it this far into my review I highly suggest you go elsewhere to spend your money. read more

Run of the mill 7-11. I typically come in here for a coffee and a pastry and while I wait to pay I gander around: Tobacco Chew, taquitos, spicy hot dog, cheap pizza, girly magazines, beef jerky... its like the underbelly of Walmart all rolled into one. They have about 8 different coffees here. My first time as I was pouring my coffee I recall breathing in the fresh aroma of freshly brewed coffee... when half way through my 10 second sniff a wreaking stench of armpit hits me. I wake up from my trance, and look around me. One of the workers had passed behind me. Yah gross! But I grew up on L.A. Unified School District Food, so I have a strong stomach that is tough like cheap raw hide. I grab my coffee and a cheese croissant and head over to pay. Franky Fragrance ends up being my cashier and the experience takes me back to Jr. high where there was this one classmate that I used to ask myself about: doesn't this kid believe in being clean as a whistle like Irish Spring? This kid I bet makes a roll-on deodorant jam in its roll. Anywho, the workers are nice and I still come here. I've trained my nose to do yoga, so now when I walk in I can still breathe and filter out the extracurricular aromas. On another occasion, it was like 5:30a.m. or something and I was waiting for my choice of coffee to finish brewing, so I wandered off to look at all the beers stacked in their fridges when one of the workers says "beer not for sale", to which I respond, " I don't want to buy beer, besides, who drinks beer this early in the morning? 8 a.m. is a more civilized time to drink beer" which completely goes over Aroof or PLanja's head; can't recall his exact name. There is usually parking and it is well lit. Also there is an ATM and foam hands of your favorite sports team are for sale, because you never know when a foam hand will come in handy. read more

We would look forward to stopping in several times during our visits to Placentia just to say HI to him and grab some snacks. This is my local 7-eleven, Paul, my friendly neighborhood 7-eleven man has been there for as long as I can remember (I moved into my house 10 years ago and he's been there, and then some!!) They always have a fully stocked coffee area, it remains relatively fresh, and they have nearly every flavor of creamer imaginable. This is great for those horrible migraine days where I need a cup of coffee and a room full of darkness. I wont divulge too much information, I just prefer this 7-eleven to any other 7-eleven I've ever been to. Im a regular here, I come 2 times a day or so. Most of the staff treat you like garbage, mostly copying their manager. They NEVER have extra large coffee cups, their creamer and coffee selection is super limited. Other locations are way better. Dont recommend going here unless you have to. read more

They are soooo nice here. I was 30 mins early for work so I thought I would drop in for some coffee. OMG pumkin spice coffee is soo good! wayyy better than starbucks or anywhere else I have had it. I am officially hooked. came back 24 hours later for some more to kick off my Friday but they ran out :( my secret is out! I stopped by the other day during the horrible humid weather for cold waters and energy drinks. The parking lot is always a hot mess and is not convenient to get in and out. When I went to the drink fridges I quickly noticed every one of the fridges were warm and none of the beverages inside were cold. When I asked the clerk about the problem, he said they had just restocked the coolers. Let me tell you, there is no way the ENTIRE cooler had been restocked? So, I settled for a fountain drink. The fountain drink area was a complete mess. There was split drinks everywhere and the same for the slurpee area. It really grossed me out. I will not be coming back again. read more
