My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon hoping for a quick Bronze ($9 with gas fill up) wash (no vacuum included). We were 8th in line and waited about 35 minutes before anyone even checked our ticket. After a few cars were vacuumed, one worker told us he would vacuum my car for free because of the long wait! So impressed with this customer service! They recognized we had been waiting a long time and made an effort to take car of us! The wash itself was so-so. I have been to this station several times and I am really confused as to why it takes so long to pump 20 gallons of gas? Every time I have been here it is like the gas comes out of the pump drop by drop. I could get gas across the street make the U-turn and cross the bridge before these gas pumps would be done pumping 20 gallons. I am also annoyed with the TV's at each pump - do not spend money on putting in TV - make the gas pumps work expeditiously! Also, last time I was there I has so much time while I was waiting for my gas to pump I made the HUGE mistake of using their squeegee to wash my windshield - but someone before me put some sort of gooey stuff on it and it is on my windshield and wont come off - it is just smeared all over. This is not the gas station to go to - go across the street there are a couple stations to pick from. read more

This has been a "quick stop & leave happy with everything you can expect a decent gas station to carry" kind of location to me for almost 4 years now. Great management. Super friendly and optimistic employees, well stocked varieties of products(even great variety of cell phone accessories of all phones), clean store and clean restrooms(never locked), top grade car wash service, enough parking space, reasonable gas price etc. I mean what more can you ask for. Went in for wash and hand wax. My car was in really bad shape. It had been sitting without driving for 6 months under a tree. The guys made my car look as close to new as possible and for a really good price. My new goto car wash. read more

This is the worst car wash in Hayward. In this case "hand wash" doesn't mean high quality wash, it means slow and disorganized wash. I'd prefer an automated wash over this overpriced waste of time any day. read more

I got the diamond car wash, and paying $30 to get my car scratched wasn't what I was looking for. They didn't wash the front of my car; there were still bug splotches on it, and bits of dirt that I easily took off with a rub of my finger... so they couldn't say that it was baked on or impossible to take off. As I drove home, I noticed that they didn't even finish washing my windows. The only thing this car wash would be good for is a basic exterior touch-up in-between a much thorough wash. This is for the car wash. As I was getting in my car the electric seat was moved all they way forward. When I tried to move it back it was stuck. I talked to the manager Brian he was NO help didn't even offer a refund. His suggestion was for me to call my insurance! The workers knew they broke it one of them told me he tried moving it back but it got stuck when they vacuumed the back of my car. So you're going to not say anything to me until I notice?!? I'm 5"7 of course I'm going to notice! I drove home very angry and very cramped! To top it off they did a lousy job cleaning my car. Wish I could give them a zero! Its the cheapest gas around the area, although it gets busy at times because its located in a corner of two major roads but the place is spacious and most times you dont even need to wait. The down side is, there has been few times that either their pumps is not working or they run out of gas, and customer service is just a BLAH! but who cares, i am there for the gas. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been patiently dealing with these incompetent fools for the better part of a year now. I haven't gone back in a few months but decided to today since they were open, even though it's Thanksgiving. I was ready to tip $20 since it was a holiday and they were working, I remember the days when I had to work holidays. I regularly tipped $10 until the past four or five washes when the service deteriorated. Today was an all-time low. I was in line at 2:07 PM with three vehicles in front of me and one outside in the dry/wipe down area. I just got home and it is 4 o'clock. It took an hour and 40 minutes for my car to get washed with 3 cars in front of me. That was bad enough but then they took two full car wash people that came out behind me and one exterior car wash person who came behind me and completed their cars before mine was done. Arg!! I get in my vehicle and realized they didn't even wipe down the dashboard and there was still a big bird crap on my windshield. I asked that they correct the issue. One of the newer employees actually raised his hand towards me and started yelling at me when I asked him to correct the problem. I asked for his name and he refused to give it and then proceeded to cuss me out in Spanish. I speak Spanish. I asked a number of their workers for his name and they refused to give it to me as well. So I took their photographs. They then wrote down my license plate thinking Lord knows what. If a decent car wash, your time or your respect are somewhat important avoid this place. Once I told them my husband and kids are Mexican one of the workers began to apologize. Too bad, too late. read more

The prices are good, however the location is horrible if you're trying to get onto Harder to get to 880. It's inconvenient because you have to stop traffic to get onto the road and it could potentially be a traffic hazard! If you're brave you can try it for yourself! read more

The car wash service here is bad. I must've waited 30 minutes and only had two cars ahead of me. They have one vacuum integrated into the very same line in which you wait. So you have to wait until the cars in front of you are fully vacuumed before you get served. How inconvenient is that??? Not to mention that when I pay $13 for exterior wash only it better be the best exterior wash of all time. It wasn't. Avoid this car wash at all costs. Would've given this place 0 stars if possible. read more

Bottomline some ignite best prices out there for a major petrol brand and best of all the best car wash value I've seen anywhere. I don't know what the other reviewers dealt with but Everytime I've gone it's been and excellent fast through wash for $15 bucks. I usually give them a $5 tip up front to ensure a real good job. read more

One of the consistently cheaper brand name gas stations around and where I get a fill up at least once a week. My biggest gripe about this place is the shady people that loiter here trying to get you to buy stuff or ask for money or gas. I've been coming here for a few years now and on 3 occasions I've been asked by the same crackhead (his teeth were really jacked up and he was bone thin like you see in those crackhead photos) for some money so he could take the bus. On another occasion some college aged girl was asking for money to help people in China, when I told her I don't have cash, she asked for my credit card number. On two different occasions in the same week, these guys said they were from Modesto and didn't have money to pay for gas so they asked me if I could fill up their portable gas tank. Then there was some kid, maybe 13, said he was selling calling cards or something to raise money for his school. There's been a few other less memorable occasions where people have come up to me asking me for money or just lingering near the pumps waiting to hit up the next person to pump gas. read more

I've been coming to this Valero station for over a year now but never again. 1 star is really too good. I've always prepaid at the pump - put your card in, fill up, and take your receipt. Today I get to the pump and it says to go inside to pay. I get asked how much I'm putting in? Like I know how much it's going to take to fill up my car. I ask why I can't pay at the pump and like every time before in the past year and get told "we can't do that". ??? Why not? Why now? I went back and forth with the clerk like how am I suppose to know the amount that my car will take with the current gas prices? She tells me to put an amount on my card and whatever I don't use will go back? I paid for $50 and put $47 in my car. Now I get to check my statements to make sure I get my $3 back. I guarantee I will not be back to this station or company. Not for fuel, candy, or a car wash. Way too much of a hassle and not worth my money or time. I'll be sure to spread the word. read more

our company trucks always have their wash here about 60 trucks every month but when i had one of the truck seat steamed wash they didnt steamed wash it instead they did the floor carpet which the manager i spoke to told me that thats what our driver told him to do but he said they will charge us again $69 for their mistake. thats rediculous. i wouldnt recomend going here for ur car wash read more
