I checked the website and wouldn't have known they had food options had it not been told to us that they did. If I had one note for the owners it would be to add that feature to their site. It's not just a place to try wines. Is it odd to order a martini at a wine bar? Maybe. Was it perfectly made. Yes. My coworker went with one of the champagne cocktail and also loved it. I could see this being a great place for everything from a friend's hang after work to folks just wanting nice quiet drinks for two. Food wise. Flat bread was delicious and well presented on the plate. Brie app was also tasty. Both together made a great combo for two to share. Manager was working while we were there and worked with me to find a bottle of wine that was unique and in my preferred taste and price point to take with us. Local winery in Fairlawn. The place is cozy and welcoming- it feels like a home. I have been here many times. This place is great to meet girlfriends for girls night and gossips, or see your boyfriend for a romantic light dinner, or you can stop and buy a bottle of wine. Actually, they carry diverse wines ranging from lower prices to very expensive wines such as Caymus. The menu is not rich but still you can choose luscious appetizers, delicious salads and tasty flatbreads. Also, you can throw a private party here and rent all the place. I happen to be a little partial to establishments that serve wonderful food and great wine close to home hence why 5 stars is pretty much required (though well deserved of course). The wine selection is great and each time I've stopped in I've received nothing but wonderful recos for wine...I tend to always drink the same but this place makes me try more & I've always been happy going out of my comfort zone. The appetizers can be light to heavy and they have dessert. So much more than what I would expect from a little boutique wine bar but I guess this alongside their selection would be why the place is packed every weekend and even weekday at times. Note - if you are in a rush (which I don't know why if you wanted wine you would be) but don't go here. It's a slow paced, take your time, hangout, meet friends (new or old) and have a relaxing enjoyable evening. We celebrated my daughter's birthday here a few weeks ago. The interior is warm and inviting. They offer a wonderfully diverse selections of wine and tasty food options. We started with the cheese and charcuterie board, followed with a few of the flat breads. Everything was delicious presented well. A friend invited me to 750ml when I was visiting. It was pitched to me just as a wine bar, but the business is somewhat more nuanced than that. The concept is a wine store where the patrons can consume their purchases immediately if they so choose. That means that wine bottles are essentially retail price, and the house charges a $10 corkage fee per table per night. So you and your friends can pay $10 and drink as many bottles at retail price as you so choose. The price of wine bottles ranges from about $6 to $150 that I could see. There may be more expensive selections scattered throughout the store, but I didn't look that hard. The shelves have a good variety of wines arranged in more-or-less intuitive categories, by varietal and DOC. Cheaper wines are on the lower shelves, pricey ones at the top. There seemed to me to be a bit of a gap between the really cheap and the moderately expensive. The wine selections between about $12 and $20/bottle were somewhat lean. In addition to swilling wine by the bottle, the store offers tasting flights for a very good price ($7.50 the night I was there), and various kinds of snacks are available through 750's own kitchen, and Vaccaro's, which provides pizzas right through the back entrance. In terms of atmosphere, 750 is great. Low lighting, lots of dark wood offset by plaster-white walls, tasteful decorations and an interesting layout. One issue we had was that the service was a little bit slow. The owners basically run the place and even on busy nights, they only have one other server working the room. If our server got caught up talking to someone in the far corner, we'd have to fetch her, or try to snag one of the owners as they waltzed by. Last thing: The bathroom wasn't heated. Be prepared for a refreshing zing if you have to sit down. read more

While I always enjoy drinking with friends on a Saturday night, I no longer pretend that I am a young, college aged girl. I'm not sure my body could handle the amount of shots and drinks my 22 year old personality rocked in my college prime. Thus why now it's nice to find a place that still offers the equal drinking consumption pleasure at a more age appropriate scene. 750ml was the most adorable wine bar I've been to in a while. The laid-back atmosphere was very cozy and I enjoyed the small group we had but also could have seen myself on a date here as well. The staff was exceptional and made the experience even more meaningful. Not a wine drinker? No problem, there seemed to be diverse menu of beer as well. While small, it shouldn't be overlooked as a destination for wine, friends, and good times. Went on a Saturday night with some friends; we did have a reservation which I highly recommend as the restaurant is small. Due to size, large groups (+6 ) would probably not be as comfortable. Had a friend who had connections with the owners and we got the best seats in the house (a table with couch like seats near the window). Score one for the night! We decided to meet for drinks; so this review only contains a wine drinking experience. The wine selection was great and very diverse. They pack a decent wine selection into this small place. Not only can you choose wine by the glass or bottle listed on the menu, but peruse a little around the shop and they'll open up any wine of your choice. I had a Malbec (wine by the glass) and Pinot Noir (from one of my favorite wineries in OR). Best part? I think they have tasting events too, but I haven't participated in one of those. The food is pretty good, if a little pricey. The waitress explained that the food is ordered from another restaurant and brought in-- so that must be the reason for the upcharge. On my last visit, I ordered the caprese salad. It was fantastic, and served very prettily. I don't usually order capreses since I make them at home all the time. Enough about the food though, this isn't the point of the place. The wine is good, lots of different price ranges. There's a variety of conversation areas to sit... tables, couches, chairs. I love this plaza, too! West Side Bakery, yum! Had one weak/older glass of Rhone, but they opened a fresh bottle without hesitation. I'm going to give this only 4 stars because I'm no wine connoisseur and one might have high hopes with 5 stars. With that said, the place is very nice and very chill. To me, the setting is somewhat intimate but the seating is so close that it really takes away from that feel. Again, just what I took away from it. Maybe that wasn't what they were going for but more room would really make it nicer. My date and I started off with a glass off their list with two flatbreads to go along with our wine. I'm not fancy enough to know what to pair with what but I had the mushroom with garlic flatbread and she had the one with fig. Both were very good and did not disappoint. My husband and I first came here about a year ago, and pop in every now and then (although I don't know why we don't go more often). It's very cozy and chill. It might be one of the only places where you don't have to shout over loud music and talking. The only thing that I would like to see an improvement on is possibly adding a little more snacky-things. With hot food catered by Vaccaro's, great appetizers and desserts to compliment the generous selection of wine, 750ml boasts all the makings of a great evening out with my wife and a few close friends. I've also enjoyed less formal business meetings here and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's private enough due to it's thoughtful layout and no one packed in, and the music collection - frequently featuring the likes of Dave Matthews Band - is played at an adequate volume to contain conversation. The service is also above average. The owner has made several spot-on recommendations for us and has remembered our tastes from our initial visit. read more

If I could rate this a zero I would. We had a rehearsal dinner there after finding them at the Bridal Show. They didn't serve one of the appetizers ordered, and charged for 16 unused and uncorked bottles of wine. They also wouldn't let us take the 16 unopened bottles that they charged for. They also charge a $7.50 corking fee. (Unheard of). The owner then complained to us the fact that she had to reserve a large part of the place to accommodate us. This was from 530-730pm. There was plenty of room in the main area for people not involved in our dinner, and people weren't knocking down the door to get in. If you don't want to accommodate large parties, don't set up a booth at the show to promote your "bar", or anywhere else for that matter. read more

We have been there several times before and have overlooked poor service for the ambiance. However, yesterday I called and made a reservation, arrived at the time of reservation, and was told "Oh we have been busy today, I didn't get a chance to put your reservation in" This was 4 hours after the time I called. We were told that it will be quick as they are clearing off a table currently. We waited, and waited, and waited. 56 minutes after our appointment we were finally sat (still had very poor service).
