There were some issues when contractor used the backsplash for the floor and needed to reorder. Also, we experienced some damage on one of the vanities and they were able to supply filler to correct issue. Gorgeous cabinets. They also informed me that you needed to check under the old cabinets for the measurements to ensure piping would not interfere with cabinets. Just what I wanted. Definitely recommend. read more

75 minutes wasted. Went in 2 weeks ago to get a price on cabinets. Spoke with Greg who showed us different styles. Went over layout of kitchen also. Never got a quote. Called twice, never got a return call. Total waste of our time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Traci is the best!!!! My husband and I had a major kitchen renovation and we worked with Traci W. at 75 Cabinets. Traci is efficient, professional, responsive and wonderful to work with. There were challenges during the project, but we worked the challenges together with our contractor and Traci until a solution was found. (Ours was structural and had impact on our original design). This is an example of great Teamwork! Needless to say, it worked out perfectly!! Traci helped design a perfect space of cabinets and island that meet and exceed our expectations. The cabinets we chose are white sleek and made of good quality. Our island base cabinets are in peppercorn color (love it!) and add warmth to the room!! The contrast is perfect for our space. The shelves are adjustable (in most) and the drawers we picked are nice and deep and hold our pots and pans nicely! The bookend pantries make a lovely symmetrical design to a large wall of cabinets. And the beautiful custom center piece above the cooktop tie it all together so elegantly. We are super pleased and highly recommend Traci and the team at 75 Cabinets, Warrington. We recently completed a kitchen remodel and worked with Sandy Walker and Tina Sjostedt in the Warrington location. Sandy did and amazing job helping us design our kitchen. She spent several evenings going over changes with us and was very accommodating. She offered suggestions that enhanced not only the look, but also the functionality. We couldn't be happier with her work. For the install, we worked with 3R Construction. This is the first Yelp review I have ever written because I feel compelled to do so. If I could make it zero stars I would. We bought our cabinets from 75 cabinets. We placed our order in March for expected June delivery. We received them in late July. That is not my issue, there are supply chain issues around the world and I get that. 1, they never told us that things were going to be delayed, we only found out because we called to schedule delivery in June at which point we were basically told 'yeah, it's gonna be a while.' Fine. 2, When it came time for delivery, on three separate occasions, a four hour delivery timeframe was provided that was not met. So we had our contractor waiting for them all day. That is not free. When they finally did get there on the fourth try, they had no idea what was and wasn't on the truck, and we found out THAT DAY that there were several pieces that were back ordered until September. Again, stuff happens and I get it. But as a cabinet DEALER your primary responsibility is to DEAL with me, the customer. They failed royally. Luckily for us the pieces that were delayed did not prevent us from starting the kitchen project and we could keep it moving along. Fast forward to September and delivery of the last few pieces. They missed the four hour delivery window on two more days. So same issue, people sitting and waiting, clock running. No call or notification, it just didn't show up. We finally got the last pieces, and what have they offered to compensate for all of the lost time, energy, and cost? Nothing. Zero. I guess I should have known that when they make you pay upfront for something you'll be getting months later that they have lost all incentive to provide anything resembling meaningful service. I could not unrecommend this company or their delivery service CDS Logistics any more strongly. There, I feel better now. read more

I purchased all new cabinets for my kitchen and a vanity for my bathroom from 75 Cabinets. I purchased these items when they were having a moving sale, according to my sales slip my sales rep should have made sure everything I need for the job was included. It was not, she told me about some but not all of the trim type items I would require to finish the jobs. When I called back and said my contractor says I need such and such, the prices were outrageous. The price for a 1 x 6 painted board was more than for crown molding!! WHAT. I was informed by the rep that I got a great price on my cabinets, So what. I don't think that means you can gouge people because of that. I had a cabinet maker make the trims for me a about 1/2 or less than what 75 Cabinets wanted to charge me. Shame on them, be very careful. read more

We recently completed a first floor renovation. Our contractor was great. Our painters were great. The electrician, plumber, and landscaper were great. (None of the above were associated with 75 cabinets.) What wasn't great was our kitchen designer and cabinet makers. We had a very poor experience with 75 cabinets and I can not recommend them. Many mistakes were made by their designer and cabinet makers. Additionally, they made minimal efforts to fix their mistakes, which resulted in costing me lots of unnecessary money and time and there are still parts of my kitchen that have visible mistakes. read more

On December 28, 2020 we stopped by 75 Cabinets to get a quote on cabinets for our kitchen at the shore. We met with Stephanie who took our diagram and said she would put together a plan and get back to us in a day or 2. after not receiving a response we stopped in 12/31 and saw Matthew who said he would give her a message. We waited a few more days and never heard anything. Finally on Sunday we stopped in again and told Matthew we didnt want to deal with her anymore and asked if he could help us. When we came home, we saw an email from Stephanie with a quote, however, everything was incorrect. We told Stephanie we didn't want to deal with her anymore, however, Matthew called and asked if we could give her another shot. So we did. On Monday, January 4th, Matthew gave Stephanie our plan and my husband told her we need the price asap because we needed to get going with our order. She promised she would have it by the next day. Today is January 12th and again, we have not heard from her. Having obtained quotes from 2 other businesses, we were able to get a quote the same day. This is such bad business and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Needless to say, we will not be using this company. It's sad when a company doesn't want your money. The only reason we got a third quote is because she never got back to us. Stephanie was awful in every way from her people skills to her designer skills. read more

I am writing this review before the installation of the cabinets and will write another one after. I think Traci Whatley did an excellent job designing and advising on the floorplan of the kitchen. She knows her stuff! I recommended her to a friend for the design. After the design, and payment in FULL, things are beginning to unravel. First, the delivery did not show up on the day it was scheduled, and I paid the contractor to basically wait around all day. After my complaints, they arranged for it to come the next day. OK, not bad. But the first box I opened was the decorative corbels. Both were dented. After a text about that they were picked up that same day and will be replaced- good. What is the most disappointing is that after spending over $15,000, I was told the "design" for the placement of the hardware is not included unless I purchase the hardware through 75 cabinets. The price they are charging is close to $300! That to me is a disgrace. Also, I was made to feel somewhat foolish for asking to see the hardware plan, which I assumed would be a part of the kitchen design. When the cabinets are unpacked and installed I may revise this rating. I hope it helps those of you like me that read these reviews. read more

They dont tell you when they are designing your kitchen that it's for visual purposes only. It's in the very small print after you have signed. They go over the refund but seem to leave out the whole thing of if they screw up it's on you. They present themselves as designers but are not liable for their screw ups. Their total mess up on my kitchen set me back weeks. You can get the same brand of cabinets at Beatty lumber and much cheaper as well. I was out money for the installation that I had to uninstall and reinstall due to their mistake on the base cabinets and microwave cabinet. They put all the blame on me when it was their designer that said the cabinets would work where she put them. Gave me a 36" opening for a 30" microwave and then tried to tell me there are 36" microwaves. Nope those are not standard home microwaves if they even exist. Even talked to the owner and he didnt give a rip and instead put it off on me. My measurements were correct, their design was flawed. Not once did I get an apology for their flaw. I would go elsewhere that is for sure. They lead you to believe they are designers only to take no responsibility. Then they act like they did you a big favor by ordering you the right size cabinets and refund you nothing when you return cabinets that were bigger than the ones they replaced them with. Never have I had such a problem before nor have I met a company that takes zero responsibility. read more
