Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.

Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing - For this and a bit more in the living room, I was charged $6770. Should have been perfect.

I had the most horrible experience with HSA and a different contractor so I called these guys. They…read moreoffer a great yearly membership which pretty much covers what the warranty covers so I signed up. One of the services is a furnace inspection. Given that my ac went up a few years ago and my furnace broke down twice in a year I knew I probably needed it. They came out and dude the inspection. They took over 100 pictures and spent over an hour there. Then sat down with me and showed me several options from how to nurse it for a few years, to simple fixes to get better performance, to whole system replacement. Given the struggles and ptsd from my experience I went with whole system replacement. They then had several options for that. They walked me through all of my options and scheduled the job for the very next week. They arrived punctual and performed the job in one day. All of the workers are so nice and just a pleasure to meet. They almost feel like family. They even played with my pups and my birds! For what I got the value is amazing! I will for sure stick with these guys and will tell everyone I know to use them, if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

Needed a water heater replacement the day after Christmas. Took advantage of my 79-year-old…read moregrandmother, pushed her into signing a contract for a tankless water heater that wouldn't be installed until 3 days later for $7000 total, $3000 up front. Didn't give her other options. Called another place (Mr. Water Heater) that replaced it with the same model 50 gallon we already had, same day, for $1400. The woman we spoke to was APPALLED that they would charge that much. Wahl put that it was an "emergency service" onto the back side of the contract that originally said she had 3 days to reconsider, which waived her right to a full refund, and they kept over a THOUSAND dollars of her money as a "penalty". The penalty amount was not listed anywhere, on the contract or the website. Clearly it wasn't actually emergency service, since they came during business hours on a Friday and couldn't do it until Monday, and someone else was able to put it in same day, not calling it an "emergency", for less than a QUARTER of what they were charging. Essentially stole an elderly woman's money the day after Christmas by feigning urgency and using legal loopholes. Classy. Stay away.

Not only did they offer the best price, but the quality of their work and professionalism was unmatched. We received multiple quotes for a new heating and AC system, and the range of prices and options was overwhelming. Craft made the process simple, transparent, and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, offered flexible financing options, and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation was smooth, timely, and done with incredible attention to detail. Our new heating system works perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the comfort and efficiency it provides. If you're looking for honest pricing, exceptional service, and peace of mind, Craft Heating and Cooling is the company to call. We highly recommend them 100%!

I would strongly advise people to stay away from Crafton Heating and Cooling…read more I spent over $6,000 with this company for a new heating system that was still under warranty when my heat stopped working during freezing winter weather. After several nights without heat, a technician finally came out and diagnosed that two of the heating elements were not turning on. Instead of properly fixing the issue, he bypassed wires to the motor and charged me around $200. As soon as he left, my circuit breaker started tripping repeatedly. When I called them back, instead of correcting the wiring they recommended that I upgrade my breaker to a higher amp. I never had breaker issues before their technician modified the system. Because I still had no heat, I had to buy space heaters just to keep my small home warm, which caused my electric bill to jump to $776. I tried multiple times to speak with a supervisor named Jim, but every time I called I was told he was not available and would call back. Weeks later, I still never received a call. I finally had to hire another HVAC company to fix the problem, and they were shocked by how the system had been wired. If this is how they treat a customer who spent thousands of dollars on a system that was still under warranty, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
