Traffic lighted intersection that the lot goes into but doesn't have it's own traffic light. It just felt so odd an out of place. When I showed up I was the only one there, that added to it a bit. I started pumping my gas and dawdled around until that was finished. I wanted to head inside as well but being the responsible adult I am, waited for my fuel to finish. Inside it rather small. But you are not coming here to shop all day. I needed some cigarettes and knew that this would fit that fill for me. The guy working was amazingly nice. He grabbed what I needed and had me on my way. Only thing that was off, other than my thought of being jumped, was there was a bit of a smell to the place. Not sure what it was, but I have a feeling that it could have been a water issue.

Before I knew what was going on I was ordering food. I basically ended up with a meal to go with everything else I was taking back to my room. I believe I used the self checkout here. I really hope that is right. I was looking for a quick exit, that is after I picked up my food. It was a smooth transaction on the register, but the food was another thing. Watching the kitchen was odd, it was like a malfunctioning machine. Instead of completing orders together parts of orders were being completed and set aside to get cold until the whole order was done. Mine was one such order. And it was like the people working there were angry that they got the job, and angry at the customers. When I did finally get my food an headed out I knew I should have looked before leaving. I had ordered some mac n cheese and what is the one thing that I knew I was going to need, utensils. What one item was not included, utensils. The food, was subpar. Mostly because it wasn't all completed at the same time to give it equal freshness. My burger was lukewarm, the mac n cheese was decent (after finding my own utensils), and the fries were kind of like those that were sitting for a minute and started to have the fat set in. Make me glad that my next visit was just for fuel and no need to really go inside.

The buttons on it were not responding. It actually made me cancel my purchase 3 times because of how slow it was registering my inputs. Since then I have been informed that they will be making improvements to this inconvenience in the near future! Don't let that minor mishap make you stay away, because the people working here are great and will do whatever it takes for you to have a good experience. Gas prices were competitive with the surrounding area, but overall they are slightly higher in Williamsburg than they are a bit farther South.
