It's unacceptable and disappointing. Businesses that treat their customers this way do not deserve our support. It's a high foot traffic area because it's at the corner of Broad & Market, and by the bus stop. So often people just throw trash everywhere :( With the exception of one male cashier and a female cashier, customer service is poor. I remember once asking the staffer manning the hot foods station for mozzarella sticks, and she just looked right through me with dead eyes. Seeing no response from her, I just kept it moving. And then another cashier, before even handing me my bag, shouting, "NEXT!", right in my face. That said, I hate to not support new development in the area, but it's gone downhill. It IS different during working hours, but the foot traffic and litter are still issues.
