They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

Both tasted amazing! The espresso is STRONG yet the sweetness and flavors come through really well.

Unfortunately they can't sub out dairy with non-dairy as the peanut butter milk is already made with dairy. I got to try it anyway, it's really good. The flavor and consistency was done perfectly. Probably one of the best flavored mocha I've had, and I don't even typically like peanut butter. I also like that it's not super sweet. The savory really balances out the sweet. The place is small but very quaint, filled with old styled furnitures and aesthetics. They also have limited outdoor seating too.

I wanna go where everybody knows my name!…read more This is a cute little coffee shop with all the energy of a great neighborhood bar. The cafe americano is on point and reasonable at under 4 bucks and the banter about whether to feed cicadas to one's kids "I can't decide if I should just pile 'em on their burgers..." made me smile. This is directly next to Kuppie's bakery and the guy behind the counter who couldn't figure out what we should be doing with all these cicadas (it's a double brood this year in Illinois) had no trouble making a stellar recommendation of Kuppie's almond squares (which are a candidate for the category of "life changing.")I love that kind of neighborly small business support. Ambiance+ :)

I had a good sip on my way home despite a lot of ice getting stuck in the straw. He suggested I try the almond dessert buns next door so I did. Also a big win!

We had the caramel milk cake, the caramel avalanche latte, and the banana bread matcha…read more First, I was visibly confused at what to order. When this happens, you want the person taking the order to express an interest in helping me make a decision, based off of what they've tried, feedback they've seen from past orders, and stuff like that. The worker seemed very much like, I just work here, attitude. So I got no help on what to order. Also, the reason I came here was because I saw on their website that they are top 100 coffee shop according to yelp. I didn't think anyone would lie about this, but MOTW is not on the 2025 list of top 100 coffee shops? https://www.yelp.com/article/top-100-coffee-shops-2025 So there is a chance this is just made up, or at the very least very outdated laurels that they're holding onto. I think on all fronts this was a poor culinary experience. Milk cake might not be my thing but I didn't enjoy it. The banana bread matcha basically tasted like if you grinded an actual banana bread into a purée and you were just drinking it, and with a hint of matcha I guess. Definitely don't order if you want a matcha. The caramel avalanche iced latte tasted like there's some kind of coffee base, and they basically tried to drown it out with caramel. I mean, what else did I expect from a drink with avalanche in its name? Except it didn't even taste sweet like there's barista promised, it just tasted very bitter and like there's flavor is drowned out by caramel and there was no coffee component. I went to another coffee shop in the area to confirm this, and the difference between this and a real caramel machiatto is night and day, I don't know what kind of person actually likes this drink or why it exists on the menu. A brief comment on the vibes, it's clean and there was a lot of seating, honestly a little Sus that there wasn't a lot of people there on a Sunday morning, I've seen other cafes in the area be far more packed, so that might also say something about how people feel.

This isn't a place I would bring a laptop to set up shop and work for a few hours, personally, but others may feel differently. Parking lot had plenty of space as well, which was great. Upon entering on a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet, the music was nice and the staff was on par with their service. I was serviced with smiles and generosity. The two women helped me pick the perfect pastry to go along side my lavender chai latte and regular chai latte, which was a gluten free vegan Ube muffin topped with cinnamon sugar. They warm the pastry up for me which definitely made it better. I maybe spent $15 for two drinks and a pastry which was phenomenal considering other places would have been higher in price. I'll definitely be returning to try other pastries and enjoy the large space the cafe has.

I went with…read morethe Ube latte which is something I have never tried or even heard of before (I mean, how do you even make a yam a latte??). Usually specialty drinks can be expensive in nice coffee shops like this, but it only came out to a bit over 5 dollars. It was so amazing, sweet without being too sweet, and the perfect ube flavor for someone relatively uninitiated with the purple root. It also came out super quick, I could see them working on it while I finished ordering! The employees are all very kind, one of them complimented my wallet and I love compliments so it just set the tone for a great day. I got a seat by the window. There is plenty of natural light in here and plenty of great vibes. About 7 tables in the main area, a couch, and a big table in a room towards the back. Also, a big mural and lots of plants. Really fun and artsy environment. They were selling t-shits and merch which all looked cool and had nice designs. Once I become a regular here (which I now intend on!) I think I will definitely have to get a shirt or hoodie. I noticed there aren't many reviews yet for here which leads me to believe it is not as popular as it deserves to be. But guys, you gotta come, or you're missing out!
