We were finally in the area to try Phe out and once we got there we were not greeted by the staff but with a long line. This only meant the drinks are really good right? Once it was our time to order, the lady behind the register had the most bothered face on her. I understand, dealing with a "rush" of paying customers, it can get overwhelming, but it shouldn't be taken out on others. Anyways, we tried very hard to be nice to the worker and we asked questions about the matcha to get an idea on which to order but her attitude was completely disrespectful. I don't think this worker wanted to answer any of our questions or even help us at all. She laughed and with an attitude said "ha what?" when my friend asked about the matcha quality and notes that can be expected. Again, I understand working in customer service can get overwhelming sometimes, especially on a Friday morning but this experience just made us very uncomfortable and not welcoming in the slightest.
