My daughter even finished her food and she's a picky eater! The ordering process is a touch screen. There's 2 screens in case you don't know what you want and there's a line. Also, most of the time, the restaurant is really clean which makes you feel safe about the environment your food is made in. The only exception I notice are when they are really busy, which is understandable. The food here also comes out really fast (depending on how busy it is), which makes it great if you are in a rush. If you have the opportunity to come here, you should definitely give it a try!

I saw staff members come back from bussing tables and go straight to handling bread and putting it into the toaster without washing their hands or putting on gloves. Watching someone go from handling dirty dishes to preparing food without washing their hands was extremely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. That completely changed my impression of the restaurant. The price was also outrageous for what I received. My corned beef hash, orange juice, and a $6.50 tip came out to around $43 for one person. I just don't feel the food and overall experience were worth that price. The good: great freshly squeezed orange juice and attentive service. I used the extra tortilla to make my own mini burrito. I put the Pollo Asado, Black Beans, Mild Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, and Fajita Veggies onto the tortilla and wrapped everything together. It was a simple way to turn my taco order into a more filling meal while still keeping the cost low. Overall, Chipotle was a convenient choice since I was heading to the movie at AMC Metreon 16. I'm staying in A hotel near to the Union square and I was there at late night so this business it's my only solution, I went there to get umbrella and sm hot chocolate or coffee, I said hi and To the one at the counter he didn't even answer the employee was almost Angry?!!! I Ask If he can make fresh coffee or if he can help me to find where is the umbrellas, He was complaining about, He said he got a lot of hours and he's tired and some other stuff make me feel like I'm in the wrong place. So I did Google if there is Any place open and it was far away almost 1 mile, I just got a coffee I wasn't satisfied with ,The thing makes me feel strange he was listening and watching TV in his phone,, even when I thought just 2 items I got charged almost seven or eight books???? It was my first time and last time I'm going to visit this place worker there he asked for phone number and some personal questions and what I was needed just buy one item and go,, the worst thing too, they using their phones and watching YouTube or something ?!!!!! I'm going to start with workers they were extremely rude and they were listening to the music or watching something I don't know what is that plus the bathroom was miserable, I asked for something from the grill and it was tastes really bad and salty, I'm just going to say it was my worst experience ever , that's why 7-Eleven company be losing a lot of customers because some workers gives the customer's bad experience and let them go.
