A friend and I shopped here a few weeks ago to grab a few snacks. While we were shopping, we ended up at different aisles searching for snacks and candy since they were on opposite sides of the store. I felt the gaze of the cashier which made me uncomfortable, but I figured I was just being wary. We get our items, go to the register, and the cashier accuses my friend of shoplifting. "I saw you putting some stuff in your purse. We have cameras here and if you live in the neighborhood you're not going to get away with this sort of stuff, so I'd rather not lie about it." WHAT??? All my friend was doing was shopping and she was wearing a small bag, it was certainly not big enough to hold anything really. We're also not in the typical age group to be accused of shoplifting. Not generalizing here, but two grown adults with jobs in their late-twenties honestly have better things to do. I think the person helping us that night (taller man with disheveled hair) struggles from either mental health or substance abuse issues. I think they were being paranoid for some reason but wrongly accusing customers of shoplifting when it HASN'T happened is seriously not cool. Avoid. Go to the Target or if you're not cool with Target, go to any of the 3 liquor stores on 30th. read more

Hey South Park, local here just giving you some news about the local businesses in your area! At this 711 there is an employee currently there that is practicing TARGETED HARASSMENT towards those that appear homeless. Even though I am not homeless, I do look sorta scruffy and so believe I was targeted without provocation and refused any service at all. I asked why confused?! I was then told to shut up as I asked in a polite tone and began recording due to my 5th amendment just being violated. They didn't like me recording and told me to leave so did. They also violated my 1st amendment right to record in a public space in "front" of the store as well. Saying they were calling the police while I was starting my vehicle At this point I rolled my eyes and drove off but I have everything they did on record so they can't say this did not occur. Nothing to hide here also nothing to gain, just spreading awareness practices going on here. They ran out to take pictures of my license plate before I left the lot.... Seems they had no problem exercising their 1st amendment. How hypocritical is that.. Btw the owner supports this behavior... disgraceful read more

this lady rung up my empty drink, thinking it was new and I was trying to buy it, which is ok mistakes happen. I went back to her telling her about the mistake and confusion but she said she couldn't give me a refund and I would have to get the same exact drink again. not a different flavor or anything even tho they were the same price. i had a chocolate candy in my hand and she was confronting me about trying to steal it when I had not. I hadn't even gone to checkout. I had to leave with a drink I did not want because she couldn't give me a refund. She was very rude and had unprofessional and unnecessary comments about my purchase. she looked like ash trevino. Please get her out. Disappointed and disgusted. I couldn't even get my refund in cash. Or get something cheaper and lose money because of how much I didn't want to get the same exact thing. All gas pumps are out of order and not able to purchase gas here at all. Additionally this location doesn't even have parking to go in and purchase the groceries and snacks side of the business. Employees are clueless here and I would avoid this location at all costs till corporate gets something done here . read more

This is my Seve-O! I love the selections of lunch items that they have in case I am too lazy to go grocery shopping. They actually have Healthy Choice soups and those cool little tuna and cracker packages. They also have a great selection of Monster Drinks in the new coffee flavors!! woo hoo! I do want to mention that this particular 7 - 11 has the best bum fights ever in the front parking lot. They usually take place sort of next to the landromat next door and then end up near the gas pumps...(scary). Loud hollering and fist swinging for a few minutes then swearing followed by a one finger salute! This action usually happens at 7:00 am when I am gassing up my car which btw, minus one star for this sucker being so crowded so early on a weekend morning... LOL read more

I love, love, love this 7-11. The people here are remarkable, and the selection is fantastic. Seriously, what's there not to like about this place. The décor is convenience store urban chic, yet still maintains a small town neighborhood quality that makes this place absolutely charming. My favorite thing about this place is that it's open 24 hours, and that they have a gas station. This place has been a lifesaver because of that. Imagine coming home late at night with a guest, and you realize that you're all out of condoms and beer. Guess what, all your problems are solved. What communities need are more places like this. A one stop spot for things like Cheetohs, shaving cream, and ATM transactions. I highly recommend this place when coming through the South Park area. read more

This is probly the worst 711. My wife went to buy some soft drinks and on her way out slipped on a huge oil spot in the sloped parking. She had asked to talk to a manager and was told there is no manager to talk to, she would have to come back in the morning. She had asked the attendant for at least the manager name and was told they do not know that information. I had gone back with her and the oil spots had been covered with kitty litter it looked like. We asked this attendant for the manager information and again was told to come back She does not know manager information. When asked about covering the oil the attendant said what oil. I cannot believe I'm reviewing a 7-eleven, this is the ultimate white girl Karen move, but here we go... everything is always stocked, everything is always clean, regardless of people that may complain about a $.05 cent difference with gas, we are lucky enough to have them right in our neighborhood. I've lived here for a few years now and I can honestly say there's been no issues with transactions. They let me pullout a lil cash with a purchase. They love and treat my dog nicely, which may be hard for some because she's a German Shepherd and people can be scared. She's sweet and an old slow moving lady... and lastly, after being in the service industry for over a decade in the past, I think the biggest indicator of a good team is their turnover rate. The same friendly guys that worked here when I moved here years ago, are still here today. That says something to me. read more

I've been battling an on again, off again cough for the past two or three weeks and this 7-11 and I have become pretty close friends. The RedBox out front is absolutely clutch, and is a much cheaper option than On Demand especially if you know you'll be swinging by again in the next 24 hours. There is a pretty friendly homeless guy usually posted up next to the machine who always appreciates a few bucks if you can spare them. In exchange he'll give you movie selection tips! They're open 24 hours! Yep, I've been here at all hours of the night, most recently for some NyQuil and decongestant at 3 or 4AM. Filler up! There's a few gas pumps out front but they can often clog up the small parking lot with traffic. The 7-11 itself is pretty standard loaded with everything you do and do not need. When you see the candy aisle, just keep walking. read more

The guys that own this one are great. I used to live in the neighborhood, and they would have my old brand of cigarettes on the counter before I pulled my emergency-break up. Also, anytime I was coming from Whistlestop on an after-party beer-run, they would let me use their bathroom if necessary (and I know it doesn't sound like much, but it isn't supposed to be open to the public.) They still know my name, and I haven't lived in the neighborhood for 3 years now, as of this month. *Bonus points for being the first 7-Eleven on my radar to have those mini-marshmallows at the coffee station. 3 parts regular 7-Eleven roast coffee, 1 part French Vanilla Cappucino out of the machine (you know the one so hot only a mouth made of asbestos could love), and finally, sprinkle with mini-freeze-dried-marshmallows. read more

:-) I'M HERE FOR YOUR GAS! Yes, why else would I be at 7Eleven? Often times this is the cheapest gas in the near vicinity. I'll "CHECK IN" here and quote the prices of regular, which is usually AT or very near to the gas prices of COSTCO. A good 10 to 20 cents cheaper than most gas stations on University or alongside the Hwy 5. Yes, I commute to work daily, and I'm always in search of the closest and cheapest gas station in my hood. Though I'm not a South Park resident it's very close and enroute to Grant's Market (where the coffee and service is excellent). Thank "Heaven's 7Eleven." The night staff is some of the worst staff I have ever dealt with. I don't give 1 stars reviews because I believe yelp is a bully and terrible company but the night crew of this place will end up losing thousands of customers based on how rude they constantly are. I pulled up to get gas. I swiped my car made my selection and started to pump my gas and this guy comes out yelling at me saying no gas I go away now no gas go away. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF PUMPING WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO GAS! Makes me take the pump out of my car. So I leave my car parked at the pump to go inside to grab a drink and he is still telling Me no gas go away when I have no where to park because all they have are two small ass pumps in a tiny lot. Wow. The guys that work here are WONDERFUL! I go into this 7-Eleven location on Fern Street every day for my caffeine fix. The owners there are warm and friendly -and quick with their service. The guys who work here during the day are shitty at customer service. They gladly flirt with nasty girls buying cigarettes even though there are obviously frustrated customers waiting to be helped. They are slow and the gas pumps fucking suck. If you go in to complain about the gas pumps, they ignore you until the nasty girl buying cigarettes goes away - then they treat you like you are stupid because THEIR gas pumps suck a big ol' dick. read more
