We discussed the reviews I've read on Google, in regards to the car wash services. She advises customers come inside to pay for that instead of at the pump. That way she can explain more in depth the do's and don'ts of your car wash cycle. Since I didn't use this service- I won't review that. She was kind enough to let me use their clean bathroom (cashier has the key). Thank you!! And we got our change back from pumping our gas. My employee experienced an issue with his fuel card at the pump and approached the attendant on duty for assistance. The attendant took the card from his hand and stated it was declined. He calmly explained the card had been having issues and asked to read the message on the machine so he could accurately report it to his employer. Instead of assisting, the attendant responded with impatience. The situation escalated when the attendant asked if he knew the card's code. He confirmed that he did, reiterating that he simply needed to relay the machine's message. The attendant then made an inappropriate and derogatory remark, asking, "what are you retarded?" When my employee stated that such language was not acceptable, the attendant dismissed the concern and replied, "you're calling yourself retarded again." This account is provided factually and without exaggeration. Regardless of circumstance, there is no justification for derogatory language or unprofessional conduct toward a customer requesting basic assistance. Management may wish to review this incident and reinforce appropriate standards of customer interaction. Customers should be able to expect respectful, professional communication at all times.
