I picked this location due to its proximity to I-15. This was a great motorcycle meetup for us to continue our early journey to Joshua Tree. Gas prices are what you'd expect for San Diego nowadays. And not sure if bathrooms were available- thank goodness for Mc Donald's & Starbucks next door- just in case. Anyhow- we arrived by 6:40am and hubby reminded me with- "You're paying with cash right?" Oh yeah! I was! (That part!!) I walk in and say my " Good Morning!" tot he female employee cashier. She was super friendly and told me she's a brand new employee. We discussed the reviews I've read on Google, in regards to the car wash services. She advises customers come inside to pay for that instead of at the pump. That way she can explain more in depth the do's and don'ts of your car wash cycle. Since I didn't use this service- I won't review that. She was kind enough to let me use their clean bathroom (cashier has the key). Thank you!! And we got our change back from pumping our gas. If I were to utilize this gas station again, it'd definitely be early morning. And I hope it'd be her friendly face I see.

I pulled up and selected my wash from options ranging from $8-$10, plugged my card in and it shot out a receipt. The lights then instruct you to pull forward and stop and the wash moves around your car. The dry wasn't too bad although the side view mirrors don't get much love and still ended up with water spots but that's what you expect when there isn't a hand dry present anyway. Not a bad option if you want a basic, no frills exterior wash.
