Maybe not "professional", but it seems the employee has a sense of humor and Scarlet, not so much? The people there are more like neighbors to me, you see them often and chit chat, make jokes, complain about politics etc, like you would with a real person you like and are familiar with. I'd rather have real people like this than a McWorker robot giving you a fake smile. I believe the group of employees I see (day shift) have been there since before I started going, so I'd imagine they like the boss and I can only assume he likes them as well. I've seen quite a few new faces over this time, who are, let's say, "not as good", then they vanish. Perhaps those people sparked most, or all, the scant few bad reviews? It's tough to find good people, so what I see, overall, is a good job by the owner and core staff, and what seems to be a well oiled machine.
