The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and I appreciate that I'm not sitting around forever waiting for my coffee. I know I should probably branch out and try some of their other drinks, but I have a picky stomach, and when I find something I love, I stick with it. Their Café de Olla with honey is definitely my favorite. Most importantly, I wanted to acknowledge the consistently friendly service. I tried their classic matcha and I admit I was a bit scared when I first saw how light the color was... however I was pleasantly surprised after the first sip. The classic matcha does come unsweetened and this day I choose to not add a sweetener so I could get a feel for their matcha. It was a 3/5, not too bold, and I did pair it with oatmilk. The oatmilk wasn't as creamy as I would have liked to tie the drink together so it did feel a bit watered down. The matcha itself was very earthy, had to keep swirling it to get the matcha powder that settle at the bottom to mix in. I would try this with just a bit of honey next time or regular milk to see how it improves flavor. I don't remember how much I paid for it... but regardless, it was a good drink so I'm not upset about it! The only thing I didn't like at this spot was how loud the music was. It felt a little drowning. I don't think if I had someone in front of me we could hear each other without having to raise our voices. Other than that, the A/C was okay. It wasn't super warm inside but also not cold. It was a good ambient temperature. The staff were relatively polite. The vibe was... weird (a little condescending) but not too disturbing where it would make me not want to return. Perhaps they're just awkward. This is located in a HOA area I believe so maybe that influences people attitudes or the vibes in the store. Will return to try more drink!

The drink didn't taste like it was loaded with sugar, which allows you to actually taste the coffee and notice the quality of the beans. The avo toast I had was drizzled with this chili oil they make in house and it was 10/10. I wish I lived closer to here, as I'd likely visit daily. If you're a genuine coffee lover, definitely give this place a shot.

So now the "remade drinks" are absolutely disgusting with an excess amount of caramel all over the bottom, sides, top, coming out all around the cup. Almost like a "okay here's your caramel." Just rude and unprofessional it's not hard to just follow instructions. And this location is not usually busy so there's no excuse. Please teach these baristas the right recipe!!!
