Please make sure to check the expiration dates on some of these items you purchase from this 7/11. It's been more than two times that I get expired snacks and notice them tasting really weird. I would understand once but more than one occasion is far too much. read more

Man I hate writing bad reviews it distills no pleasure in marking low scores for an establishment but this is why we have reviews! A. Because if we didn't the business would lose their lackluster of serving the customer and the community! B it may be the one review in which ownership may realize that certain employees are killing their business with no care at all! Which saddens me! The mom and pops get hit the worse with crappy service! So here we go! So was so excited to be back here and inside the place that was shut down for almost two years! Unfortunately the place might as well still be shut down, because with the attitude of the employees bottled together with nothing working that just where this 7/11 is headed! Now in the past I've been to 7/11 where things are out and I understand because maybe time of day or location is high volume but in this case this 7/11 has no excuses for lack luster service and a ghost town of sodas, soda machine all drinks were watered down, and even the fridge was missing my food old Dr Pepper! Which is a staple to 99 percent of any gas station , convenient mart etc! Not only missing items but the attitude I got from the one female employee was ridiculous! Basically like oh well and she even got upset because I was trying to get rid of the water down hot chocolate! Making a comment to her coworker that because I dumped the water down chocolate in the garbage that he needs to be careful when dumping out garbages! Here's what I don't understand there is three people working and nothing was stocked, working or cleaned up! What a shame to such a nice looking establishment in the outside! To the owner I can promise you this , if this woman who's working was crappy to me tonight I can promise you she Carrie's this attitude with other customers! That she is the perfect example of the example I gave earlier about employees not give a damn of the owners hard work! It's crazy but this isn't uncommon in the work place and these rude people are Killing the culture that our grandparents established many years ago! Like the customer is always right , of course to a certain point! Do what you can to help a customer get whatever they came in to get! So no hot chocolate, ok I'll grab a soda! Wrong the soda machine canisters have not been changed! Here what most likely happened this shift came On after the dinner crowd where more and likely the stuff was wiped out! Instead of replenishing the stations and stocking the shelves like the work manual says to do ! They came in took 30-49 Minutes of company time to most likely bullshit with each other and the. Probably about two hours in the shift the woman employee told the new worker hey you have to replenish the stations and stock! If I was him I would be thinking why do t you help me and teach how to knock out begin of shift procedures! I shouldn't harp to much on her , it all starts with training , working hard no matter what the job, selfless service and respect ! The crazy thing is they waited so late to start working that also when I came the delivery truck started unloading! So I'll finish with this ! You have one employee who's Lazy with a bad attitude, an older gentleman who for sure looks fed up with his counterparts! I saw it in his face when she back talked to him and the. You have a young gentleman who could probably be a great employee but he will never shine because lack of training and mentoring from his superiors! This concludes my review , ps the building looks great and new layouts for the 7/11 are way more spacier! I really hope The next time I'm back they have fixed this issue! One star they didn't even deserve that!!! read more

My family and I are in here at least twice a day since 93' it's always neat, clean and the owners are extremely friendly. Parking is pretty small , but most business is just in and out. There are some homeless people that stop by occasionally , but it's monitored closely by The San Bernardino sheriffs dept and The SBPD. The staff do a good job of asking loiterers to leave as well. read more

Honestly, this place would have had 4 maybe even 5 stars but there is a worker there that is incredibly rude and I always hope she is not there but unfortunately, she was there last night. Her name is Linda. I have witnessed Linda being rude to customers multiple times. She once shamed a woman for buying chicken wings and griped because that meant she would have to make more chicken wings. She then shamed her for using a five dollar bill after using EBT. She has stated to customers that they have no common sense. If that is not bad enough, last night she was boasting about another worker being fired in front of customers. She called this worker "lazy" but she was not lazy at all. This type of situation should not be brought up in front of customers and to boast about someine's job loss and right before christmas is absolutely deplorable! On the positive side, this 7/11 accepts the app, most of the other workers are friendly, and the cappuccino is hot and not too strong, just the way it should be. The fountain area could be a little cleaner but that is more the customer's doing so what are you going to do? Overall, it is a god place. My only complaint really is about Linda. She ruins the experience and frankly, I am tired of her Regina George behavior. She is way too old to be acting like that! C'mon Linda, stop it! She is going to drive customers away so quickly. She should have been the one to be let go. read more

This is a really nice 7 -11 store right around the corner from home. I come here regularly to get my caffeine and lotto fix. They have great customer service and are always friendly. I would definitely recommend checking them out. read more

The store was recently remodeled and just opened back up about a couple of months ago. I decided today to go in to get a Big Gulp. Was thoroughly annoyed when I saw that all their machines: coffee, soda and slurpee had signs on them saying out out of order. What is 7-11 known for if not their slurpees and big gulps! And should a store recently renovated and re-opened not have machines not working!! read more

Usually I have no problems when I stop by here, but my encounter last night during graveyard shift was unpleasant. The woman who rang me up was eating a bag of funyuns, and rang up my items without washing her hands. Regardless of a pandemic, I would have found this unhygienic and absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place on 7-11 day. A worker grabbed my cup and filled it with a random flavor that I didn't like or pick. Then he grabbed my youngest son's cup and filled it with liquid blue. It hadn't even set. The guy went to grab my friends cup and she asked him if she could pick what she wanted and he said yes after having to explain what she meant but then he told us if you don't like the slurpee you can dump it and get soda instead.omg what a waste of time. Another worker kept telling people where the "slushie" line was, instead of slurpee. At least they had cups in stock and the other workers were nice enough. read more

I just came from this location the guy was ridiculously bad with basic human interaction. He was rude and short with every customer even ones being outwardly nice.. I couldn't stomach it so I just threw my cash on the counter and walked out with my 3 pack I didn't even care to wait for change.
