The café was clean, the staff was friendly, and despite being busy, the service was quick. The guy working (not sure if he was the owner or not) was very friendly. Both of our coffees had nice added flavor, but the coffee flavor was really watered down. It was like when all the ice melts in your coffee and then you added flavor to try and save it. We only drank maybe a quarter of our drinks before tossing them. Could have just been a bad day. There is a thoughtfully arranged "platform" if you will that resembles a welcoming porch at a good friend's place. The gentleman that owns this pop-up was very sweet and made sure that all my needs were met. I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte and it was so good! So good that I was willing to drive 30 minutes to San Antonio for my fix. The owner also brought me a complimentary organic lemon muffin after finding out it was my first time and it was just the right around of sweetness and tart, it was soft as well.
