I noticed the diesel pump was separated out from the non-diesel pumps which was a first for me to witness. My visit here was very short. I paid at the pump which is my preferred choice. I seldom if at all pay at the register unless the credit card option doesn't work at the pump. What I noticed as I was driving away is that this 76 has about 18 pumps which I thought was interesting. It's probably this largest 76 I have ever seen. This may be my one and only time visit unless I'm in the area again and need gas.

Usually, all the cahiers provides standard service; however, I asked for his name, as well as the name of his supervisor, but he adamantly refused to provide any information; Accordingly, I felt compelled to take his photograph as evidence. His demeanor while serving me was extremely suspicious. Upon entering the station, I communicates in English; he accepted my 40 $ cash payment but failed to provide me with a receipt. I requested a receipt a few times, but he simply replied, "No," and told me that if I wanted one, I would have to go out to the pump area and print it myself. He wouldn't give a receipt for anyone. When paying in cash, customers have every right to receive a receipt; after all, if any issues arise in the future, who will be there to verify my transaction? I told him that I didn't know how to retrieve a receipt at the pump itself. He should have printed the receipt for me right there at the counter, since I had paid in cash... but instead, he handed my cash back to me and refused to serve me. I realized that at the moment I stepped up to the counter, it was just the two of us there--meaning he couldn't get away with cheating me this time. Due to my busy work schedule, I left the station and went elsewhere for service. This gas station is located on Valley Blvd., across from the Hawaii Supermarket. This kind of behavior needs to be stopped through customer vigilance. The owner of this gas station should not be hiring employees with such a poor work attitude.
