Quality/Quantity - As I was driving to Costco in Carson City, I realized that I was almost out of gas... I pulled in and bought half a gallon just to get me to Carson City. Easy in and out. Atmosphere - Easy in and out to the gas pumps. Rarely any customers. I do not think I have entered your business once... Sorry, I can not remember the previous brand before you took over, but I have never been inside either of them, lol. Open 24/7. Plenty of gas pumps. Service - Self service, so great. Price - Expensive, but cheaper and more convenient than running out of gas. The location itself is fine. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. The staff was on his phone not really paying attention. Then when I paid the clerk rounded up my dollar amount to give me all bills back and kept the penny. Ok it's a penny not a huge deal, but seeing other reviews where they accused people of taking their Pennie's from the tray was a bit annoying since they kept mine. They did so without a bar of an eye too. Kind of disgusting and quite frankly stealing from customers. read more

3/5 Stars This 7-Eleven in Reno is decent but has some drawbacks. It's nice that it has a large gas station, but prices are about 15% higher than Costco. They do have a Redbox and some small slot machines, and the store is well-stocked overall. I came in craving a Slurpee, but unfortunately, the three flavors I tried were all watered down--ended up not getting one after all. Not a terrible spot, but the Slurpee disappointment knocked it down a bit for me. read more

It's not the worst nor the best I've been to. But... at my job during Covid, I'm stuck forcing people to wear masks if they wanna be served... the last couple of times I've been there even the cashier isn't wearing his mask up. The customers do as they please possibly because of this. I hate the masks, hate telling guests to wear them, but we gotta work together and be consistent so people will stop being mean, stating they won't wear it because so-and-so doesn't make me wear it. 7-Eleven has been my good friend since childhood-kept me cool on a hot day, kept my mom smoking back when it was cool, was the first place I got "product" to trade in 7th grade. This particular store I go into pretty late night/early morning. The soda is always working and clean, nothing is amiss, the bananas aren't brown. My wishes are that there was more need for fresh late night snacks, but I know there is not, so no hot grilled food for me. This does NOT contribute to my rating! To change my rating, I'd like to see a tad cleaner, I'd love for the cashier to at least acknowledge me at some point (as if they're glad I'm there, too), and if we are mandated to wear masks, I want everyone there doing the "right" thing even if they don't believe in it. I have a love and hate relationship with this place. I love it because I live right by it, and I hate it because: (1) This is one of a few locations of 7-11 that doesn't say hi to you when you walk in, you are completely invisible to them! (2) One of the young male employee is ALWAYS talking on his phone with a bluetooth earbud, I assume they are personal calls because he wasn't speaking English while on the phone. And today( 11:59PM Jan 21st, 2021) isn't the first time I visited this location and saw him on the phone.... Every time i'm here, he's on the phone! And I have to ask him EVERY question twice in order for him to hear me...... (3) The air pump doesn't always work, but it always takes your money though. It'll pump air, but it'll say Error then stops multiple times, then when you move on to the next tire you've already ran out of time. read more

Clerks often do not wear their masks over their nose. I stopped going to this location because of that. If you are serving high volumes of people it is critical that you wear your mask properly! Just because you are behind an academic should doesn't mean you don't wear your mask properly. Your still touching food and bottles and cans to scan them and put them in a bag. Also they don't apparently clean their card readers or touchscreens ever. They are disgusting. This store has gone down hill over the past 6 months and I won't return to it again even after the pandemic is over. read more

This is one of my "go to" gas stations on the corner of South Virginia and Arrowcreek Parkway. The gas is less expensive than some. It's on the corner so there is easy access. I usually pay at the pump, but when I have gone inside, the cashier has been pleasant. There are a multitude of snack type foods. It's clean, organized and sometimes crowded in the afternoons. I did see an attendant help an older woman with gassing up her car and I thought that was very nice. She had no clue how to do that. First time I had seen anything like it. The attendant was very helpful and very patient. Deserves 5 stars for that! read more

This pretty much is the worst 7-Eleven that I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house also. Usually understaffed, long lines, poor selection of hot food, and they shut down the hot food early so if you happen to work late and want to grab some thing there's no way to do it. All in all go anywhere else. read more

I went in to fuel up before making the drive to Dayton. I gave the cashier $60 but only ended up using $43, so the guy hands me $7 dollars and sends me on my way. I came back in because (obviously) he had given me the wrong change. We went back and forth for a bit because he was convinced he was right, so I broke out my calculator to prove I was in fact right. Please do not patronize this business. The owner/owner's family are extremely rude.There is a Jackson's just up the street and they are a wonderful group of people. I feel most sorry for the employees. Very poor business practices and complete lack of customer service. I only wish I could give negative stars. I understand how difficult it is to deal with the public so I go out of my way to be friendly. Unfortunately, rude behavior will overcome any attempt at kindness when the rude party is determined. read more
