I swear there was a hidden camera in there this morning. I stopped in for some coffee and I NEVER use the first cup of lid ANYWHERE so I took the first small cup, grabbed the 2nd one and put the original one back ( weird I know but I have issues lol) THEN for no apperarant reason 4 fell out. A nice lady was there who helped me pick them up THEN as we put them back like 10 came flying out!!!! Her and I were dying laughing. So if you want to amuse yourself stop for a coffee lol. read more

I've lived in Cold Springs for over 9 years and have frequented this 7-11 many times. The past few years I've received very bad service. They won't let me redeem my points. Any time a deduction possibility occurs on the check out screen the cashier delete the screen thinking I never saw it or something. Whether it's $1 or $2 they just delete the possible deduction. Every cashier does this there. The world part is they constantly overcharge for things and they don't give you a receipt. I've had this occur multiple times. This is a really shady 7-11. read more

Been a regular for years to this gas station out of the convenience of its location and food choices. It's no new news that the employees have and always will be trashy, selfish, disrespectful and ignorantly childish. But this experience was beyond baffling and a new low even for the fools that work here. Had some random new dude who's very obviously never had a real job or any experience in customer service "help" me at the register yesterday put his crooked fat finger in my face all to continue his probably poorly erotic phone call with his butt buddy in the middle of me trying to check out for a single drink and some gas. Which is insane seeing as I and other customers stood there waiting for minutes even before this while he sat twiddling his tic tac behind the counter. I was polite, used my manners and stayed patient. He didn't say a single thing either at checkout, simply scanned my drink, and then I proceeded to ask for my amount to add to the gas pump and he spoke in his native language and I said "I'm sorry?" Since he looked directly at me to say it, and on return he looked at me as if I was stupid and shoved his finger in my face in a motion to wait all to continue his call and walked away, he was notified from the person behind in line that he's got a line building up and I asked him if he was aware he has a job to do, upon saying so, he just rolled his eyes and put his finger in my face again. As somebody with a poor temper for direct disrespect from a fool hired to help people buy product, I dipped. Not without giving him a polite few words of my mind. Then the next day (today) I had to return for things that couldn't be received from a much more recommended location called the Valero down the road, and upon waiting, he dismissed my partner and I to help another man who also commented to him saying "don't you got a job to do?" Because once again this fool was fiddling his phone buddy. And as the man was checking out, this worker had the audacity to talk smack about me as I was right there for a Facebook post to the cold springs community about his idiocy. And then had the guts to say he had a "guy coming out". Crazy work bro. I did mention taking his photo, and he's lucky I haven't yet. If I ever return again, I'd make sure to collect video and photo info. Keep an eye out for manners buddy. Or get a different job where you don't gotta worry about working and missing out on that digital rim job you seem to not be able to go without everyday. You are not in a private residency aka your home, you are at a 7/11. If I have a problem with you, I'll take my freedom to take a picture of your embarrassing mug and share it so everyone knows you're more focused on that phone instead of the job you were probably given out of pity. read more

Apparently masks are just a suggestion at this store. Perhaps they are a COVID free 7-11. The clerk at least had one on his chin, so his beard won't get sick. The customers...no masks and the clerk said nothing. I'm not impressed with the condition of the store, it dirty and needs to be swept and dusted. Don't think I will be returning. read more

I've lived out here in cold springs 32 years and go to 7-Eleven almost every day. Just save yourself the hassle these new guys are running this store they just don't give a flying F***. I ordered taco cheese taquitos and they weren't the taco cheese I told the dummy working and he just acted like he didn't understand English and shrugged his shoulders so I said excuse me this isn't what I paid for and he said well there's nothing I can do about it and even the other customers pointed out how that's not even cool. They also charge people whatever they want so make sure you're adding up whatever you're buying because they will charge you whatever they want and pocket the rest of the money. The gas pumps are wack also you don't get nearly the gas you would at another gas station. So many people have been all over social media about these guys ripping people off and stealing their money.Someone even posted on facebook about getting $30 in gas and the pump only went to $25. read more

ABSOLUTLEY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!!! i went in and had coupon for a free bag of chips, the cashier scanned my rewards app, took my points and still charged me for the chips. i then proceeded to ask him why i was getting charged and he shrugged and said i don't know. i'm very disappointed with this man, he was also not wearing his mask at all!!! smh very rude service 0/10 experience please never come here between the hours 11Pm to 2am. read more

Kumar is always greeting the customers by name and being super helpful as always. Out here in cold springs, we can't just run to the store real quick, because there are none! So instead we run to the 7-11 and grab whatever little necessity we need. They stock it really well like a little grocery store, and always have fresh coffee waiting for you as well as those Monterey Jack and chicken taquito rollers. Check out the hats and sunglasses, I'm such a sucker for that stuff! Thanks for making this our quick little speedy mart and always treating your customers like family. read more

Yesterday I was informed gas times out... I went in got gas and ran by the atm and then went out to pump meanwhile the guy watched me do the whole thing. I go out to pump and it says insert card I go back in and he said oh times out go pay at pump so I'm like okay? I insert my card pump 34 and some change into my car to fill it up and then I'm home going over my accounts and I see a $100 hold from 711?!! I call and they stated we always hold that for paying at the pump, never have I ever had a hold from pumping gas! Straight BS! read more

I'm going to give a very bad review for this 7 Eleven. We have lived in Cold Springs for 20 years and we have seen a lot of changes in this 7 Eleven. Yesterday I went to 7 Eleven the man who always works the counter did not speak a word to me nor my son in law. My son in law went first and he said hi how's your morning the guy was talking on his phone didn't even acknowledge him no receipt nothing. Then it was my turn he threw all my stuff in the bag and walked to the other register and had a conversation with the lady he was helping. There was a filled doughnut that was completely smashed. He did not give me a receipt or even acknowledged me. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm sick to death of spending our hard earned money in this shit hole. Every time anyone I talk to goes in they say the same thing! So why are you not getting your receipt? That make me Leary because you have no idea what the prices were. Also they need to take a bath both guys stink like BO it's terrible. Also they need to clean and restock the store.
