These guys are total scammers. They'll intentionally scan your items an additional time, and play dumb when you tell them they're overcharging you. I also never go to other 7/11s besides this one, and I had my credit card information stolen and it was found that a 7/11 had a card skimmer and I can only think it was this one. Growing up in Petaluma I don't think you could throw a rock without hitting a 7-Eleven. This is the last one before you town on Lakeville St. and I almost always stop in here for a quick snack before my drive back to the East Bay. Hot Petaluma nights + 7-Eleven at far edge of Sheraton parking lot = pure munchy satisfaction. Seriously, there should be a law requiring a 7-Eleven at the exist to every major hotel complex. This one is large-ish, clean, safe, and stocks some good local microbrew beers. read more

Being a convenience store manager I know a little bit about customer service. Unfortunately the clerk on duty this morning does not. I walked in and she was talking on her cellphone while helping the customer in front of me. Oooook I was not greeted at all, in fact I kind of said a LOUD good morning just to be acknowledged! I would give this place 5 stars because the workers here are very nice except for my last visit. I was staying at the Sheraton behind there and visited this place daily. Everyday I bought lotto tickets won some and bought new ones. Today I bought new ones and the guy at the register (young one talking on his cellphone) was helping me. He was nice, but he ended up not using my winnings towards my new lotto tickets that I was trying to purchase so he got to keep my $17. I know $17 is not that huge of an amount but money is money. I would've gone back to get it but by the time I realized what happened I was over 100 miles away. Hoping if they read this they'll contact me! Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! read more

Buyers beware and always check your receipt. Every time I have gone to this 7-eleven I have always been charged for something I did not buy and then when I brought it up to the employee she would tell me it was for something I had when I read the receipt and saw everything I bought was there and that charge was extra. Very bad attitude when confronted. read more
