Over the years we've had many coffee drinks and donuts here, our sons collect their Halloween buckets. The staff is friendly and quick! They do a good job of decorating for the seasons and holidays. I really enjoyed the custard filling, and the dough was so soft and pillowy. The Apple Fritter also had a really nice apple and cinnamon flavor that came through well. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was its appearance. It wasn't the most appetizing looking, but it tasted much better than it looked. The Munchkins were pretty tasty too. I wasn't a huge fan of the Chocolate Munchkins, but I really enjoyed the Blueberry Munchkins. For drinks, I went with the Caramel Craze Signature Latte and a Matcha Latte. The drinks were also tasty, but I still think they put way too much ice even when I already ordered "less ice". Overall, ordering online was easy, pickup was quick, and everything was ready in no time. I'd definitely come back again.

My husband arrived around 8:10 AM, after the store's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the business completely closed with no communication whatsoever. No call. No email. No cancellation notice. Nothing. What followed was somehow worse. I called the store multiple times throughout the day and left several voicemails that were never returned. I also emailed both the location and corporate customer service and received no response. Corporate didn't answer their phones either. All of this over a $35 order that the business happily charged for but never fulfilled. Today, I went into the store in person to ask for a refund and was met with attitude and defensiveness from the manager instead of accountability or even a simple apology. I was told they "do answer their phones" despite my multiple unanswered calls and voicemails. I was then told they could not issue a refund because it had been "more than two days," even though the delay was entirely caused by their complete lack of response and failure to handle the issue. The store being unexpectedly closed is frustrating enough. Ignoring customers afterward and then treating them poorly when they ask for their money back is unacceptable. I'm still waiting to hear from the "other manager" or "boss" who is supposedly able to process my refund. Who apparently already had my information but was "too busy" to respond to me sooner. Give me a break. At this point, it's not even about the $35. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.

There are no tables or chairs for outside seating. As you proceed in, register to the right with the cup station against the left wall. Make your way in and there are about 12 flavors to choose from. All stations were working today minus one (missing a flavor). There were two fruit flavors (peach and mango), a rocket pop flavor, cheesecake and plain tart, along with frosted cookie, Dutch chocolate, Oreo and a few other flavors. The topping station is pretty spacious with at least 20-30 options to choose from ranging from fruit, to boba toppings, coconut and chocolate chips to gummy bears and sour worms. I always do mochi, kiwi fruit, cookie dough balls and mango popping bubbles. The register and cashier are behind the topping station toward the end of the counter. Prices are based on weight, our daughter's is always the most and she never finishes it. This is her go to spot for sweet when we're in the area. There was a moment during my visit where the interaction from another employee felt a bit abrupt, and I left feeling somewhat uncomfortable. However, Yolanda remained professional, warm, and focused on helping me. Despite the situation, she continued serving with a smile and made sure everything was taken care of. Because this cake was for my father, it meant a lot to me that someone cared enough to put in that extra effort. Yolanda's dedication, positive attitude, and excellent customer service turned what could have been an ordinary experience into a memorable one.

I interrupt and let her know that isn't right that she's helping him just because it's the lotto and it may be quick. That I was waiting patiently and that isn't fair. She stops helping the guy to help me but she doesn't say anything as if I was wrong for saying something. The only thing she said to me was asking me how much I wanted a money order for.
