It has a gas station atmosphere since it technically is a gas station. But I like it. In all honesty, I fought myself on pisting this review because I don't want to have to deal with lots of people the next time I want my cheesecake fix. They took my Covid vaccine card and said I could not get it back until I received my booster. I understand that things happen but it was very discouraging because I could not even reschedule. As they refused to give me my vaccine card, therefore "forcing" me to stay and wait. I was extremely upset and politely conveyed this to the person behind the counter. My concerns fell on deaf ears, she walked away, without making any comment, except to say " taking your card is our policy". You cannot have it back until you receive your shot. So although they provide a service, be prepared to wait a bit even though you may have a scheduled appointment. Most told me they waited 45 minutes to an hour.

When WE called to confirm on July 25 at approx 625PM we were told that there were only 91 pills instead of the 120 pills which is what was prescribed by my doctor. This Walgreens pharmacy had NINE DAYS to ensure proper inventory. We were then informed by the pharmacist that WE had to "call the doctor and have them prescribe the remaining pills of the prescription". This also affects the pickup date of my next prescription which creates a severe hardship since I do not drive. Any other prescription - we have received text messages/reminders of scripts waiting or that there was only partial and that we have to wait until there was inventory to fulfill complete prescription. NEVER before did a pharmacy demand that I call my doctor to receive my remaining prescription which was on file with this store. I have switched stores due to similar problems but I have no problem REVIEWING WALGREENS IN A VERY NEGATIVE FASHION and moving to another pharmacy ie- WALMART. Either BAD MANAGEMENT at the two North Port FL stores (other store 1009 N SUMTER BLVD North Port, FL) or they are making up stories as to why Walgreens is making it SO difficult to fill a simple prescription.
