I ended up leaving my cart in an aisle because it was hurting my lower back trying to drive it. I found my items quickly and jumped in the self checkout line. I waited only a few minutes before a cash register became available. I had a question for an associate which was answered effeciently. I purchased my items and was on my way. You can't get to the bathroom without bothering the guy for a key, but you seem like you're bothering him, just asking him to ring you up your water. Whoever manages the store definitely does not take care of making sure things are restocked because all of the windshield squeegee fluid by the pumps (and i mean all of them because I checked) was nonexistent.

The cashier took the time to talk to each customer with care and respect, the woman in front of me had SEVERAL questions about the flowers she was purchasing (how much to water them, how much sunlight, how they'll grow, etc...) and not being a flower expert, the cashier did her best to answer each question with patience.( I had to stop my NY instincts from tapping my foot and wanting to rush out as I usually do). When it was my turn, the cashier apologized for the wait and asked about my day, etc... Lovely experience! Keep it up!
