I've actually seen employees yelling at customers at this Burger king including us one time. Always a rude staff. Today young girl working the window (Friday, May 22nd, 2026 3:40 Pm). She asked us to pull forward to pay at the first window. Only two cars in front of us when we pulled up. We waited literally Five #5 minutes at the first window no one ever showed up even after all the other cars had left. We finally pulled up to the second window where she was just standing and handed us our food and chastised us for not waiting at the first window. I told her we waited several minutes and we got the "Eye roll". I also saw the guy behind us move us because no one came to take his money he went through the drive through same as us. When I suggested putting a sign in the first window that someone will be there eventually she has some smart butt reply. She also said the guy behind me was somehow different after I said he also left the first window. I literally saw a manager in tears at this location one day.
