I received a confirmation number, 30 minutes needed- No problem- I arrived at the store about 45 minutes to an hour later. I go up to the counter. Theres a line. Deli clerk is at the slicer. I wait - then ask where do I pick up my order. She tells just a moment. Finishes the order- then Comes over asks my name. Pulls up and puts the lunch meat on the counter. As I check I realized one is missing - Shes already back at the slicer. AGAIN just a moment- I waited through two more of the customers order before she got back to me - Then said oh, we thought there was a mistake because there were two of the same, listed twice on your order. Thats just how I wanted it individually package. I had to wait even longer. Whats the purpose of ordering ahead? Even if it was a mistake theres case of cut lunchmeats where it could of been added to. Whats the procedure for picking up lunchmeats? Do we still need to wait in line? Other places which offer this service - the lunch meats are placed together in a case with your confirmation number attached. Find your number and go - very easy, no waiting - This service is to save time - not add to it -

So many aisles of treats, snacks, spices, syrups, crackers, you name it. Planners in the paper aisle and always Dayna Lee Collection available journals. The clothes here are always a great selection, and the home goods are always amazing. I love this Marshalls.
