Where an older red haired woman told me my unlit candles were marked mos and too old to be exchanged. Having previous worked for the company I knew that wasn't true. If they were marked mos they could be exchanged and that stock would later be sold to staff. I called corporate and they happily & easily gave me a refund by searching my phone number and looking up my past purchases.
