Whether you ask for 25% or 50%, the drinks always taste like 100%. If that can't be controlled, it shouldn't be listed as an option. -as a frequent customer, I used to earn points and redeem them for a free boba, a couples weeks ago I was told that option was no longer available. I really like the drinks here, but overall there needs to be better communication and more transparency with customers.

They provided us with a deluxe coffee bean grinder, a two-station coffee maker, and a two-station espresso machine. We have been open for almost a year now and we have never had any problems with their equipment or coffee products. They do have an emergency technician on call to stop by immediately if we ever have any issues. Lastly and most importantly, our customers absolutely love their coffee and it's one of the reasons why we've been able to be so successful in such a competitive market. Coffee is everything in our business and we made sure we picked the best around. It's always a pleasure dealing with Sam and Kelly from Philosophy Coffee. They often stop by our restaurant just to say hello and check on things. They don't just sell you a product and disappear, they are always proactive and really do things right away.
