Overall great experience and I cannot wait to revisit.

I ordered the smoked salmon on a bagel and tip them 33% (happy to have someone else make my lunch) They asked what I wanted on it. And then brought a plate with everything spread out on the plate. I had to spread the cream cheese, place the capers, the lettuce, the tomato's, the salmon.., I had to make my own freaking sandwich!!! I got my hands messy in the process then had to go wash my hands before eating the sandwich that "I" made. The sandwich was very good. I just ask that you make it for me. Please!! People go out so that they don't have to fix their own!!! Please take this to heart and make a change Thank you

Maybe it was because I added to foam, but the chai was overly sweet, not too strong or spicy, and the lavender foam tasted artificial / nothing like lavender. This review is directed to the owners of this business, and does NOT reflect on the services…read morereceived over the years by this customer. The business was shut down in mid-July to replace the existing kiosk and shed with a single building. It was supposed to occur in June, but apparently the required building permits were not procured. From the start, the project has been poorly managed. Usually when a business does a makeover such as this, there is some form of communication to customers regarding the plan. For example, signage is placed to inform customers of the upcoming changes, and the plan for returning to normal business. No such communication occurred, other than perhaps the barista informing customers verbally. This does nothing to inform transient customers, who are not even aware that the kiosk exists. And loyal, long-term customers such as my wife and I are left in the lurch, not knowing if or when the kiosk will ever return to business. As of August 21, we are still unsure whether the kiosk will be open any time soon. In the meantime, we are left with hoping the food court coffee trailer is open when we are looking for coffee (forget Dunkin'). There are no signs in the window, just building permits in various stages of incompletion. It's been very disappointing, as my wife and I have been frequenting this coffee kiosk for more than 10 years (back when Nancy and Karl Colbrunn owned it). In the business world, a Project Manager can make all the difference. This project could easily have been done in less than two weeks, which would have reduced the adverse impact to customers and employees. Perhaps the owners could do some damage control and (at least) put up some kind of information in the windows of the new building letting customers know what is going on. Also, consider placing some kind of signage along the street to let folks know there is actually a coffee kiosk in the parking lot (not just some random building sitting there).

I was sad to see that they don't offer 'housemade' pastries anymore, as I remember seeing in their past photos; their menu for their offerings was clearly updated. In addition, the drinks that we ordered were just not good at all: +the Toasted Marshmallow Latte - prepared with 2 shots of espresso, choice of milk, and a housemade toasted marshmallow syrup; this tasted like watered down coffee with no 'toasted marshmallow' taste; coffee could have been prepared strong, and we did ask for 'extra hot', but received it regular temperature +Witch's Potion - an apple cider with chai, topped with a dash of cinnamon; probably one of the worst ciders we've had - wasn't really sure the mixture with the chai, but this just seemed like it was an improperly steeped tea that did not have any flavor The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be local patrons who come here on a regular basis.
