Nice staff, full 7/11 store. A bit dirty outside and needs a go over to clean and freshen, always a good go to if you need small purchases.

A lot of Machines for slurpies were not working. Waited a long time to pay for drinks with my grandkids and they served another person who just walked up in front of me. The Two operating register assistants seemed very distracted. I'm definitely Not going back! read more

I have been going to this store for almost 15 years now. Under the same ownership since the first day it was brought to our Springtown area. I have to say recently this store is becoming one of my favorites! There is new management under the same owner, that care about the store & its wellbeing. Friendlier clerks, great service, reasonable prices, and one thing that other 711 stores in Livermore cannot relate to.... GOOD Hot FOOD!!! After a long day at work I stop by for a slice of pizza and a taquito. These guys always have fresh food hot & ready, so no matter the time of day I can grab my slice & big gulp and go about my day. dropped in here. they weren't selling any self serve coffee nor beverages per covid regulations. parking spaces are only available in the front. the sides have few stripped lanes. brew: jasmine tea. Last week I was driving from the Gold Country to Marin for minor surgery. My back is the culprit and oh! It really hurt after several hours of on / off driving. Ice packs were all now warm and I asked the owner if he had frozen veggies or something, but all he had was a too large/heavy for me to lift or carry bad of ice. But, he took it out to my car got me all situated and was quite kind about it. It's unfortunately unusual these days, that level of service. I did not ask him, either, he just offered. I will certainly return on my way home. read more

Terrible late night employee named Singh. He doesn't show up after walking in for at least 3 minutes while I'm standing at the register. Then is on his phone the whole time. Very short and quite rude. I asked for a whole pizza and he makes me pay first. Hello, I have more shopping to do and wanted you to start cooking it. So I pay, then grab my after work beer. I come back to the counter and wait again. He then looks at me and says "oh more?" Umm ya. You didn't give me a chance. All while on his phone. This dude is hurting you. I'm at this store a minimum of 6 times a week. I haven't always felt like service was good but it was tolerable. This makes me want to go elsewhere Update: the pizza ordered was pepperoni. I'm bummed that these employees are not taking precautions against the spread of COVID-19. I get it, you own the business and you get to choose but with this and the one across the street being the nearest to me my choices are minimized. No masks on and no enforcing of masks. Often the employees are on the phone and barely stop to transact with you. Not a great experience and I will put my visits there on pause, hopefully it will improve over time. read more

This is an old 7-11 and you can see and feel it. Since they are close to our work and home, I stop here frequently for snacks and cold 2 liter sodas. Their prices are like most gas stations and 7-11s. The service is good but most of the times I go there the clerk is on the phone or not paying attention. It feels like he hates his job and does not want to be there. Besides this, their service is fast because they are next to 3 motels/inns and they can get busy all the sudden but they are quick to scan and get through all the customers. read more

I can't believe this store has no reviews! We have been frequenting this store every so often since PW Market closed. The occasional gallon of milk, bag of ice, paper plates, slurpees etc. Yes, it's typical 7-11 but a little more neighborhoody and less of a seedy convenience store. Literally the only 711 I've ever been to that won't accept $100 bill. It's actually only one guy, every other employee doesn't seem to have a problem with it. And I know you have the change in the drawer because it's the end of the afternoon and because last time he said no and I pressed the issue, he finally accepted it and he had plenty of change. Yes I visited the 7-Eleven today 1212 this afternoon went to purchase couple items and I saw a sign on the candy alright in front of some candy items that stated buy 2 get 2 for free king size mix and match of the Hershey product. When I got up to the front to the counter to purchase eight items along with a pack of smokes I was informed by the employee that this candy sign was old outdated and that they would not honor it. I know in the past when I was a general manager of a business if our business forgot to take the sign down then yes we honored that you don't have customers bring items up to the register and then try to charge them three times the price when you have a sign stating that it's a specific price and then saying oh it sold we don't honor that that's called Bad Business then the owner contacted me and proceeded to drag my name through the mud of a situation that happened 8 months or so ago. When an employee stands at the counter and call somebody on the phone to question this and is speaking in a foreign tongue knowing that the customer does not understand what is being said that also is bad business practice. So I proceeded to not buy the product I also proceeded to contact 7-Eleven Corporation knowing that 7-Eleven Corporation was probably going to have the owner of the franchise contact me back which indeed he did we got into a yelling match because no matter what his employees said that was right I was wrong no matter what I say no matter what happened I was wrong whatever happened to a customer is always right that they are wrong they have now lost my business and my family that shop there and Friends I then recalled 7-Eleven Corporation and place the new complaint due to that because this owner did not like what I had to say he threatened he was calling the police he wanted me to come back to his store and confront him on his property knowing that I was already extremely upset of what happened. He then stated that I was trying to cheat his business and that is not correct and I informed him several times on the phone that I don't want anything for free I will purchase the items for what the price tag said not says and I guarantee if I went back there right now that's the same thing would not be sitting there in the candy aisle and then he threatens to call the police and wants me to be there when the police comes there cuz he's claiming I'm trying to cheat his business and that is also not correct. I don't believe in business practice like this if you have a sign that claims the price and you failed to take down that sign and someone goes to purchase that item that person's oughta be able to have that product for that price you were the one that failed to make sure your stores prices were cracked not the customer and then to threaten the customer that you're that that customer is trying to cheat his business I'm sorry I wouldn't shop there and I won't shop there and I just find it to be sad because I shop there every single day and so now I have to go somewhere else do my shopping and if anybody asks me why I'm doing it I will be telling them. Overall I enjoyed the business but the employees and the owner have a lot to learn about running a business I really do love the business itself or the way 7-Eleven Corporation does work but like I said the owner and his employees have a lot to learn about running a business and about how to deal or handle customers. read more
